Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in frame work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of manholes and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using old solid blocks (obtained from demolition), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry including filleting to edges in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stainless steel hollow sections circular/square/rectangular in shape and any size and thickness, grade AISI-316 type (Austenitic anti-corrosive in nature) as in railings/grills/designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixed in any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
