Supplying assembling and lowering 200mm nominal bore mild steel ERW seamless pipe marked casing blind pipe having wall thickness 8.0 mm as per IS 4270-1992 and jointing with electric arc weldingin random length of 3to6 meter jionting and painting with two coats of bituminious paint of external surfaces of pipe upto maximum depth of 150 metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed. Supplying lowering and fixing MS ERW slotted casing pipe 200 mm bore having thickness 8 mm as per IS-4270: 1992 and slot size 2" x 3/16" and area of slot shall be between 15 to 22% of screened area including welding of sockets all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make: JINDAL/TATA

M&L for well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 200 mm dia bore pipe in two pieces having 80 mm dia hole in centre with external brackets of flat iron of size 100 mm x 6 mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers etc. including painting with two coats of black bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F housing clamps for 200mm dia MS ERW pipe made out of flat iron 100 x 12mm thick with required bolts nuts washers including painting with two coats of black bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Development of borewell as per IS- 2800 by means of compressor of min 250 PSI capacity air compressor untill the sand free water is obtained from the well for an uninterrupted period of 16 hours in a cycle of 24 hours. The final discharge shall be free from sand to deliver minimium 3 LPS of water and carrying out necessary yield test by V notch method and submitting the test reportfor (The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to inlcuded report for chemical /bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from borewell from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge)
