Flooring with approved virtified tiles over cement mortor 1:3 20mm thick including pointing with white cement finishing the joints flush pointing the surface etc complete

Hydraulic Door closer of various sizes of approved quality using Aluminium Extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment like HARDWYN (make) 'GAZEL' (or) equivalent (with ISI Monogram)

Supplying,fabricating,erecting and fixing of 10 mm thick plaster of paris plain sheet (Gyprock Pop board-Approved make ) for false ceiling at a height of above 3 m from the existing floor level ,including cost of all materials,lead,lift, fabication,carving, erection charges,cleaning,one coat of asain make white primer, removal of debris from the work site.The false ceiling design will be provided and execulation of work is to be carried out as per the drawing and without any diviation etc,.Complete.
