Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 16 mm thick 3 wall Polycarbonate sheet (minimum weight 2.70 Kg Per Sqmtr.) of approved make and shade having both side 50 microns UV coating to maintain the yellow Index, having minimum cold bending radius 2400 mm, Heat Transfer Coefficient Ug 2.3 w/m2k, Coefficient of thermal 0.065 mm/m °C, to sustain the maximum Service temperature of -40° C to +120° C (without load) , Sheet shall be fixed at Top & Bottom with approved Aluminium profile Section (Minimum weight 1.1 kg./mtr.). The sheets must be fastened to the structure using specific washers with a seal to guarantee a watertight finish and allow the material to expand due to changes in temperature.The above arrangement i.e. is polycarbonate sheet with end profile and aluminium profile section shall be fixed on MS truss system in required slope and pattern all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of adhesive steel tapes for the closing of the cells, EPDM rubber gasket, sealant to avoid leakage, connectors, washers, spacers, fasteners, panel caps, brackets, screws, screw caps, aluminium sections/profiles ,T&P, machinary, manpower, scaffoldings, loading, unloading, freight, octori etc. all complete. For payment purpose the length and breadth of polycarbonate sheet shall be measured correct to a cm and its area shall be calculated in square metres correct to two places of decimal. However supporting M.S. member i.e. M.S. truss system, purlin, rafters and M.S. post/column, M.S. base plate, M.S. gusset plate etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick Stainless Steel Plate of Grade 304 matt finish with the help of minimum 4 no. of holes of 8mm/10mm dia with Stainless steel screws of suitable length and dia to fix the plate in firm position. The nos. of screws may increase depending upon the plate area. All edges must be mirror grinded and duly chamfered and plate must be fixed finished with floor, including drilling holes in floor all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Stainless Steel Grade 316 Tactile Warning Studs of dimension 35mm x 25mm x 4.5 mm and stem 6mm x 12m using epoxy glue, drilling, etc. all complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The holes shall be sufficient deep and wide for filling of adequated quantity of epoxy glue of approved make and specification for intact and firm fixing of the stud without any looseness.

Providing and Fixing SS 316 Tactile Directional Strips of dimension 280mm x 35mm x 4.5 mm and stem 6mm x 12m using epoxy glue, drilling, etc. all complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The holes shall be sufficient deep and wide for filling of adequated quantity of epoxy glue of approved make and specification for intact and firm fixing of the strips without any looseness.

Providing and supplying "May I Help You Counter/Airport Helpdesk" as per drawing given in Tender Document for this item all complete as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. The thickness of MDF shall be 18mm for Frame and 12mm for racks. Thickness of Acrylic Sheet shall be 4mm and thickness of metal for signage shall be 4mm. Providing Engineering Consultancy for Structural Design of the MS Structure and foundation for Canopy (as per Drawing given in Tender Document for this item) as per relevant codes including preparation of structural designs, detailed working drawings, shop drawings and providing 04 set of all drawings in colour copy in A2 size including soft copy and its Autocad file in pendrive.
