MAINTENANCE TO MARUABIL TO KHARKHARI Road

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Water Bound Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical means .( Output = 3500 Sqm)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision)

Providing & laying semidense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade bitumen transporting to the hot to the work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lavel & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory & tandem rollers,to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works

Construction of Shoulder with approaved materials like Moorum obtained from locality with all lift and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with PRR including cost , conveyance , royalities & tax of all labour , material etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge .

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD by manual means.
