The lift shall be suitable for (05) passengers of standard design having speed of 1 m/s serving from Ground, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor i.e. 04 stops and 04 landings. The elevator shall be of state of art technology, energy efficient drive and all its components/ accessories shall conform to relevant IS standards. • Machine – Elevator shall have its own driving machine. Gearless machines located in the shaft on the top of guiderails. The method of drive shall be Electric gearless Traction with motor having VVVF Control. White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats)

Providing and fixing of ladder fabricated out of structural steel of requisite sections in pit for maintenance, inspection, emergency access to lift shaft etc. (to be paid as per actual). Job includes applying a priming coat of approved steel primer if required.
