Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable 35 sqmm 3.5core 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, strip armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directe.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as cable covers and stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed

Laying only old bricks retrieved from item Srl Item No. 13.00 (here-in-before) as cable covers in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40mm bore steel tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 80mm bore steel tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified & directed.

Fixing only 40mm bore steel tubes light grade including fittings on poles/ walls/ under Road / floor all as directed retrieved from item srl No. 16.00 (here-in-before). Note :- Necessary clamps, nut, bolts, washers etc shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted.

Fixing only 80mm bore steel tubes light grade including fittings on poles/ walls/ under Road / floor all as directed retrieved from item srl No. 17.00 (here-in-before). Note :- Necessary clamps, nut, bolts, washers etc shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN of capacity 63A,10 KA, type 'B', 415 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 200 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and magnetic release complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 63 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 27 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and magnetic release complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for disconnecting, taking out underground faulty cable upto 35Sqmm 4core from Panel/ Pole/ Transformer, cut out box, DBs or any position of length not more than 4 m in loop of following sizes including excavation and earthwork, taking out bricks and relaying the old cable in loop and making reconnection with LT panel/ Pole /cut out boxes or MCB DBs after dressing of cable leads, including relaying old bricks and returning, filling in soil etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete including taking down existing u/s earthing all as specified & as directed. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners

All as per srl item No '30.00' (here-in-before) but using galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead and GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore. NOTE for Srl item no 30.00 & 31.00 :- The unit rate quoted shall includes for protection pipe and GI earth wire 4.00mm /GI strip 25x4mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

M&L for preparation of old surface of existing panel of size not more than 1.2 m x 0.75 m x 1.2 mtr mounted on angle iron frame not more than 30 cms height by scratching and complete removing of existing paint and M & L for spray painting the existing panel outside and inside of approved shade with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of existing panel of size not more than 2025 mm x 1650 mm x 900 mm floor mounted by scratching and complete removing of existing paint and M & L for spray painting the existing panel outside and inside of approved shade with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing of existing LT panel by welding, replacing of 03 Nos of broken hinges as per existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm depth and getting out in soft /loose soil including clearing away all grass and vegetation saplings , shrubs , bushes , undergrowth roots and removing rubbish upto a distance n exc 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the any installation/ feeder pillar area etc. Note:-The contractor will ensure that no vegetation grows during the contract period on the area so dressed.

(i) Compact modular bolted design, removable side and back panels with option of top and bottom cable entry. (ii) Capacitor installed in removable assemblies for ease of operation and maintenance. (iii) Incoming of APFC panel of MCCB TPN 250 Amps, 36 KA breaking capacity with high electrolytic grade Aluminium bus bar iof suitable rating. (iv) 120KVAR (5 KVAr-3Nos, 10 KVAr-03 No, 25KVAr-01 Nos, 50KVAr-01 Nos ) with thyrister control module and MCCB TP of 16 KA of 1.5 time of rating current of each capacitor suitable for each control .
