Takingdwon/Dismantling of old ACSR or AAC conductors

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr deep and n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and getting out complete.

Returning & filling in layers n. exc. 25cm each including watering and well ramming after filling complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 25cm from the starting point all as direcet by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, spreading under stone/bricks aggrgate alround the LT panels/Feeder Pillars,cable laying etc.

Material and labour for stone slab ( patti) roughly hammer dressed stone 25 to 35 mm thick 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacem,ent salb not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made, floor mounted outdoor type LT panel board, cubicle type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, CPRI approved manufactures having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar four wire system, colour coded for each phase of rating as per under for phase and neutral, insulated on epoxy type insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-54 class protection and made 3.00 mm of outer body and inner body 2.00 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, both side opening type, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) including grouting of panel 30 cm above ground level by providing 60 cm long angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm, welded on all the four corners, embedded in pcc 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories:-

Supply and install, testing and commissioning of Bus bar chamber of size 60 cm x 60cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all including earth work ,excavation, PCC all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. the panel board shall be comprising of aluminum bus bar cap 250 Amps-04

Material & Labour for taking Out UNSV Submersible pumpset ( alongwith submersible motor) of any capacity , make & depositing the same in MES store yard from borewell depth 120 to 150 meters, including lowering of new supply ,installing,testing and commissioning submersible pump set , electric motor 7.5 HP three phase 415 Volts ,AC coupled with multistage having discharge 2.5 LPS at 143 Mtrs Head.Outlet size 50 mm Note : Rates are deemed to be including for making falnged joints with new rubber washers and nuts , bolts work and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge
