Demolition of existing bitumen felt of any thickness and place it out side the building. All complete in all respect as directed directed by EIC.

Roughing surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping,clean and washing down with water to remove dust, complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement morter 1:3. complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for 15 mm thk. 1:4 ratio new cement plaster. At any place and height. (Brand : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or equivalent).All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement morter, not exe 150 sq.m. on superficial area. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

S & F of PVC (SWR) pipes single socket (110mm dia) in any length fixed to wall. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for roof treatment using 5 layered APP based polymeric membrane (centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film) minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thk by first priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 applied @ 0.40 kg per sqm followed by application of hot bonding material of blown type bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.60 kg per sqm followed by laying of APP membrane using bitumen butane torch and sealing all joints and preparing the surface complete. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for doing PCC with 12.50 mm stone chips @ 1:2:4 nominal mix.(Brand : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or equivalent). Complete in all respect.

Dismantling earthwire/earthstrip at any place and height. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M & L for earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or racess or cheases or buries in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situtation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip. all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Fixing only galvanised iron strip (size 25x4mm). All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Removing the demolished building material/rubbisehs etc outside the factory premisses.
