Attending urgent complaints of six nos 1010 KVA DG sets of new CH(SC) on call basis immediately by OEM ONLY, issues may be due to fault in synchronization panels, PLC unit of DG panel suitable for auto load management of all six 1010 KVA DG set, auxillary relays fault, DG control software unit fault, overload, battery discharge, earth fault, neutral fault, radiator issues, DG set fuse unsv or any other fault not mentioned and 40 to 160 KVA DG sets by OEM of respective DG sets including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares as directed by engineer-in Charge. (Note: - Spares will be measured and paid separately)

DG Set 1010 KVA of new command hospital C check to be carried out for DG Set SER NO-25447527 , 25447528, 2544168, 25415306, 2544827 , 25446169 and model no-KTA38G5 by an authorised dealer (OEM) of Cummins india ltd as DG Set is under warranty period. The list of material to be provided for the said Servicing are appended below :-

Replacement of item ser no - 3238576, C check kit, KV Rad without test strips and coolant complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Replacement of item ser no - 4912590, Strip Test complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Replacement of item ser no - 504626, Valvo Line Premium Blue 7800 Plus 1/210 Ltr complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Replacement of item ser no - 4926654, Inhibitor, corrosion 10 Liters complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Replacement of item ser no - 3238665, kit air cleaner elements (K, QSK,V series) complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Servicing for C-check maintenance of DG engine No. 25415306 complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance /servicing to DG sets of 40 to 160 KVA by OEM for respective DG sets will be carried out once in a month including replacement of unsv parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levels as directed by engineer-in Charge. [Note : - (i) Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction]

M & L for Earthing complete (Generator, Transformer, lightning arrestor and feeder pillar box) with galvanised steel earth plate electrode '60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried 'directly in ground (earth pit not less 'than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground 'level) with top edge of the plate not 'less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level', connected to 'galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check 'nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth strip protected by provision of GI 'medium grade' pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) and frame made out in MS angle iron of size 25x25x3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with MS handle made in 6mm dia round bar made to shape,

M&L for bringing Cable testing van (Fault Finder) for detecting the location of fault in the LT UG cable 1.1 KV of any size complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in replacement for heat shrinkable Straight through jointing kit for LT 1.1 KV XLPE cables 185 to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core including all accessories required. [Make :- Denson/M Seal/Siemens.]

Attending the fault in APFC panel including repairing of APFC relay, Contactor of any make/capacity, digital lamp,switch and setting the APFC panel for proper function, testing connection of capacitor bank of any capacity including replacing small parts below Rs 500/- repairing and blowing out dust from inside the APFC panel complete all as specified and directed.
