Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

S&F Underground LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multi standard including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including dismantling of existing cable of following sizes:-

(a) 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(c) 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(d) 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(e) 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core

M&L for fixing GI tubing 40mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB 400 Amps, 36kA, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including dismantling old one all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of feeder pillar box/LT panel by removing all dust etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including of identification etc all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/440V transformer including the following works for 400 to 800 KVA capacity as detailed here under, including the following, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge :- (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop including loading unloading complete. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover, coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations assembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket, nut, bolts, refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete.

Note :- (i) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings, oil for cleaning etc. and any other minor works and material (other than listed separately in tender) required for re-assembling all dismantled parts are deemed to be included the rate quoted by contractor. (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 18 here in before but 125 to 200 KVA transformer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of transformer, including dismantling, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable HT coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enameled copper wire including drying, baking etc complete and remove the secondary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with same coil and re-insulated. Assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, install, test and commissioning all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate deemed to be included for transportation, lifting, testing and commissioning including guarantee of one year.

S&F in repairs Brass metal studs nut, bolt & washers suitable for 1.1 KV LT side of transformer 125 KVA to 800 KVA all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs brass metal studs, nut & washers suitable for up to 800 KVA, 11KV HT side of Transformer all as specified and as directed.

S&F LT Bushing suitable for upto 800 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HT Bushing suitable for upto 800 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs existing breather silica jel of superior quality for transformer breather all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs breather of transparent PVC material with silica jel including replacement for transformer upto 800 KVA all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair/replacement of conservator unit complete including dismantling the existing body by gas cutting and provision of suitable capacity conservator unit as per existing design and fixing the same by gas welding, install testing and commissioning complete for satisfactory operation of transformer upto 500 KVA capacity all as specified and as directed.

S&F Temperature gauge suitable size for transformer of capacity 125 KVA to 800 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Filtration of insulating oil with high pressure vacuum filtration plant all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fill transformer oil after draining out existing transformer oil and flush out the bottom of the transformer with fresh transformer oil EHV grade after filtration attains BDV upto 50 KV for transformer 11 KV/433 V all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of oil for flushing the bottom of transformer is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M &L for dismantling top cover, lifting complete core assembly of transformer taking out old gasket set and drain out existing complete oil servicing of complete transformer, painting inner surface replacing nuts bolts complete as required and reassemble the transformer including testing and installation at site for upto 800 KVA transformer all as specified and as directed. Note :- Oil, and HT/LT bushing shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of installation by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification Nos, capacity etc of transformers upto 800 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of LT panel 'KIOSK type' cubical, weather, dust and vermin proof (out door type) CPRI approved factory made suitable for operation on 1100 volts 3 phase, 4wire, 50 Hz AC electric supply, externally powder coated & internally painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer, made out of 3mm thick CRCA steel sheet as size having opening and locking arrangement both from front and back side with cable tray of size not less than 20cm including copper bus bar size 50x06 mm, fixing on angle iron size of 50x50x6mm including connected accessories and necessary PCC work 1:3 :6 type C-2 blocks complete with following accessories :- (i) MCCB 320 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 kA, Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 01 No (Incoming). (ii) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 25 kA, Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 02 No (Outgoing). (iii) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 25 kA, Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 02 No (Outgoing). M& L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mt below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in their main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including necessary excavation disintegrated hard rock filling earth of 15 mm thick and provision of earth pit provision of 20mm dia with funnel PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of 11 KV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of any make at NOFRA sub station which includes disconnecting, removing old grease, re-greasing of moving parts with recommended grease and checking of the entire breaker trolley mechanism ,checking of the closing and tripping time in milli seconds using high precision time scope timer, measurements of contact resistance and insulation values, cleaning the complete VCB by opening front and back doors, tightening of cable connections, checking & repairing the current circuit panel wiring, relay etc and re-assembling & re-installing the VCB back to its original position including testing and commissioning after completion of work all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The cost for minor spares such as operating handles, screws ,nuts ,bolts, washers indicating lamps, lamp holders, HRC fuses, fuse carriers etc shall be included in the rate quoted for the item. Servicing shall be carried out as per manufacturer recommended checklist all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of DG Sets of capacity 160 KVA of make Kirloskar by the authorised Engineer of respective manufacturer on quarterly basis to make the DG Set continuous operational condition including the following checking all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Removing the existing engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new engine oil 20W40 & coolant to top up. (Note :- new oil, coolant will be measured and paid separately). (ii) Checking of fan hub (iii) Checking exhaust and inlet manifold belt and cap screw (iv) Cleaning of radiator inside and out side thoroughly with solution (caustic soda) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by removing and re-fixing in original position after cleaning. (v) Checking and adjusting injector and valves, tappet and replace the gasket including cost of gasket. (vi) Cleaning fuel inlet connections and screw. (vii) Checking of vibration damper and rectified. (viii) Servicing of turbocharger by checking, leakage tightening of mounting screws & nuts and replace oil. (ix) Checking water temperature safety control. (xi) Servicing of governor and Changing of Governor Oil. (xii) Checking and adjusting all fan belt. (xiii) Any other check as per manufacturer's instructions

Note :- Spare parts mentioned below to be changed at the time of servicing. Coolant, Engine oil as required will be measured and paid seperately (a) Fuel filter (b) Lubrication oil filter (c) Bypass filter (d) Air Filter

Supply only new Engine oil after removing the old engine oil from the diesel engine sump of various DG Sets, Make :Servo super 10W40 of Indian oil or equivalent grade of Hindustan Petroleum as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only filling water coolant (diluted) in radiator of make Volvo line or equivalent including removal of old water/coolant, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Serving/Repairs of AMF panel complete including cleaning resetting/adjustment of relays, calibration of time delay relays, checking and replacement of diodes, if required, resistors contactor etc complete for any make type and capacity of DG Sets.

S&F Radiator hoses of size 40mm dia or as per existing dia and 60cm length for any capacity of DG set including jublee clip, clamp nuts etc are properly fixed and connected.

M&L for rewinding of the armature of self starter with 'F' class copper wire as per existing gauge dismantling the old coil cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enamelled copper conductor of existing size and gauge, varnishing drying and fixing back with self starter properly testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair flexible pressure pipe for lubricant size of 60 cm length for oil and fuel connection for complete suitable for 160/125/40 KVA Engine all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing of water pump assembly of any KVA DG Set complete from the engine, repair/overhauling the same by replacing turnout components like bearing, impeller, bushes, Oil seal, water seal, gaskets etc reassembling, refaxing and testing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for replacement of totally damaged self starter complete assembly suitable for any capacity DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace electrically operated fuel shut down valve assembly complete testing and commissioning as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including dismantling and removal of old U/S valves of any capacity of DG Set.

Dismantling the PT/FI pump assembly, repair / overhauling / calibrating in authorised lab including replacing turnout rings , plunger, damper plate, gasket etc. including, refixing , reconnecting, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace PVC insulated battery lead with 16 Sq. mm copper conductor multistrand cable of length 2 mtr with copper/brass clamps and lugs for fixing on battery terminals and self starter complete including applying jel on termination as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of any capacity DG sets after cleaning the diesel, painting with one coat of approved colour synthetic enamel paint after through cleaning and preparation of surfaces, marking of fuel level gauge, writing of tank capacity all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to radiator of 160/125 KVA DG set by brazing (Appx 5 to 10 MM) of copper pipe rectifying leaks, cleaning and PVC hose fitting complete and fixing back after repair all as specified and as directed.

S & F Fan belt for 160/125/40 KVA capacity of DG Set including dismantling the existing old all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of radiator assembly from generating set and re-fixing of the same after proper cleaning of the same with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage complete all as directed for 160 KVA

M&L for applying two coats of supper enamelled paint by spray painting including preparation of diesel engine driven generating set of any capacity DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Battery charging unit fully automatic operated electronically 12 Volts DC out put and 230 volts incoming AC, as per the existing make and size to accommodate in the space provided in the AMF panel board all as specified and as directed. Make : Sucam or equivalent or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fill distilled water packed in sealed gallon of 5 Ltrs all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down existing AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) unit and supply and fix new one to match the existing AVR unit suitable for 125/160 KVA DG Set all as specified and as directed.
