ANNUAL CIVIL MAINTENANCE OF RGTPP FEEDER CHANNEL FROM SARSANA HEAD TO RGTPP, KHEDAR OF CAPACITY 75 CUSEC

Amount

The following regular works are to be carried out by the firm for up keeping of maintenance of feeder channel (75 cusec) (NS item):- i. Daily cleaning of wild grass and other unwanted elements at Sarsana Head to avoid any hindrance in water flow through feeder channel. ii. To uproot wild grass, weeds and other unwanted plants in & around feeder channel (75 cusec) at various locations and in specified time directed by Er-in-charge from time to time iii. Minor Earth filing around feeder channel wherever required at various locations in specified time directed by Er-in-charge iv. To collect any unwanted / unauthorized material found on feeder channel and deposit the same in specified time directed by Er-in-charge. v. Daily monitoring round of feeder channel to avoid any theft of water from feeder channel and inform immediately, if there is any case of theft is found. vi. If any leakage of water observed from feeder channel and the same has to be informed Er-in-charge immediately. vii. To clean the feeder channel at various locations in specified time directed by Er-in-charge from time to time. viii. Removing mortar from demolished bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead in specified time as per direction of Er-in-charge ix. Other required works may assigned from time to time

Laying of first class ash brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level including loading, unloading, stacking, carriage within a lead of 20 KM.(Fly ash bricks to be provided by HPGCL free of cost) (NS item)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.3)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 1 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. (HSR 4.33)

Lining with design mix concrete of grade M-15 with minimum cement content 240kg/cum, 75mm thick in curve portion and side slope manually including rendering with cement sand (1:3) slurry, form work, dressing and preparation of sub grade as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 75mm thickness In bed Manually (HSR 14.10.1.1.1)

Cement concrete lining 15cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:3:6 (M-10) Concrete lining in bed. (HSR 14.9.1)

Providing & fixing M.S. Clamps (HSR RM 107)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar. (HSR 5.7.4)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:2:4 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix). (HSR 5.23.2)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (HSR 5.25)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.45)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification. (HSR 6.5)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. (HSR 6.30.3)

Hire charges for JCB with bucket capacity of 0.4 cum with fuel and driver. (HSR PM055)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level (Cold twisted bars) (HSR 6.34.3)

Removing hume pipes-NP 2/NP 3/NP4 up to 600 mm dia. including excavation and taking out the pipes manually/ by mechanical means and stacking the pipes within standard lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 5.53.1)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete600 mm dia. RCC pipes. (HSR 22.169.2)
