SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I FOR RECASTING OF FLOOR OF BLAST PENS/RELAYING OF TAXI TRACK:
Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete (PQC) in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting at OMC to achieve 98 percent of maximum of dry density with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller including filling in soft spots, depression etc., which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level and gradient including watering before and during rolling, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) shingle/gravel GSB Gde-I River bed (90mm to 63mm size of aggregate) over compacted sub grade filling in floor or paving laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick spread levelled to required gradient including watering,rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.
150 mm thick (compacted thickness) shingle/gravel WMM (Wet Mix macadam) 40mm size of aggregate over compacted sub grade filling in floor or paving laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick spread levelled to required gradient including watering, rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
M&L for 100 mm thick DLC (Dry lean concrete), M-15 over soiling layer type B- 2, Design mix using minimum 290 Kg of cement per cum with 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if quantity of Cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceeds 290 Kg. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness.
M&L for 10 mm thick sand filling under polythene film all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Polythene film 400 micron shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.
M&L for polythene film 400 micron thick, black spread and laid over sand layer with minimum 15 cm side and ends laps as per IS-2508, complete all as specified and directed at site. (Note:- Net covered area shall be measured and paid without adding any allowance of overlaps).
325mm thick PQC cement work with of minimum flexural strength 40 Kg per Sq cm in field in pavement slabs, using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre ,design mix, laid with mechanical paver as specified and consolidated in bays to required gradient and camber including necessary steel form work and mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of ordinary portland cement grade 43 of PQC or as per manufacturers instruction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels, spread and compacted, mechanically vibrated and bull nosing / rounding off the edges, including curing compound, finishing the surface by belting and brooming without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note : (i) Nothing to be paid over and above 400kg/Cum. (ii) Non circular traingular synthetic fibre shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply only polyester made non circular fibres with cut length between 12-18 mm having tensile strength 300 MPa, melting temperature minimum 250 degree Celsius having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 with equivalent fibre diameter 15-40 micron @ 0.06 to 0.30 percent by volume in controlled cement concrete complete as specified and directed and as discribed in relevant PS Clause.
M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joints through the full thickness 325mm of the slab filled with 25mm thick synthetic compressive filler board HD-100 and cleaning 30mm deep left over to top cavity and top 10mm primed with N-49 primer and filled with polyurethane thermo setting type sealant seal over 30mm dia polyethylane back up rod and material including pasting polythlene adhesive tape 25mm wide all along on the both edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material complete all as per manufacturer's instructions wiith movement accomadation factor of (+) 30% with performance warranty of 10 years complete all as specified and directed by the GE.
M&L for forming construction joints 10mm wide and 25mm deep for quality concrete slab, cleaning the complete joint and top 13mm primed with N-49 primer and filled with polyurethane thermo setting type sealant seal over 12mm dia polyethylane back up rod and material including pasting polythlene adhesive tape 25mm wide all along on the both edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material complete all as per manufacturer instruction wiith movement accomadation factor of (+) 30% with performance warranty of 10 years complete all as specified and directed by the GE.
M&L for forming dummy joints 6mm wide and 100mm deep for quality concrete slab, cleaning the complete joint and top 13mm primed with N-49 primer and filled with polyurethane thermo setting type sealant seal over 8mm dia polyethylane back up rod and material including pasting polythlene adhesive tape 25mm wide all along on the both edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material complete all as per manufacturer instruction wiith movement accomadation factor of (+) 30% with performance warranty of 10 years complete all as specified and directed by the GE. Note:Dummy joints shall be formed by using mechanical equipment(diamond cutter) within 6 hours of placing of concrete.
M&L for applying two coats of road marking paint (water based) over a coat of primer (Conforming to IS-164-1981) white or yellow after preparation of surfaces for lines, dashes arrows, letters etc., on bituminous surfaces/pavements exceeding 10 cms width using automatic mechanical nozzle sprey machine complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing demolished reinforced/plain cement concrete (RCC/PCC/PQC) exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM and depositing where directed.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF BLAST WALLS:
M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stones aggregates, as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F for rolled sections Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to commen rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F for Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium flame proof point wiring (light, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as swithces, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of 'Silent type' diesel generating set alongwith having prime power rating of 20kVA/16 kWe, 415Volts at 1500RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 volts suitable for 50 hz 3 phase system and for 0.85 load factor, CPCB-II complied, acoustic enclosure, relay panel for automatic starting on main failure (AMF), anti vibration mountings, control panel and foundation.The DG set should be robust in construction factory tested and assembled to ensure perfect alignment of Engine and Alternator on a common base frame.The DG set power rating indicated above is inclusive of altitude correction factor however the DGSet shall be designed and suitable to operate as per tropical condition of Srinagar and for more details on service condition refer particualr specification.The DG set shall be comprising of following item as under:-
(a) Diesel Engine : The diesel engine shall be of four stroke cycle multi-cylinder, direct injection water cooled, turbo charged with after cooler, Air to air aftercooling and optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities developing suitable BHP @ 1500 RPM under tropical condition of Srinagar of BS 5514/ISO 3046 with an over load capacity of 110% for one hour in any specified 12 hrs of continuous operation,suitable for generating set application on AMF mode.The engine shall confirm to IS:10000/BS:649/BS 5514/ISO 3046. The engine shall have the following accessories: (i) Cooling fan and radiator. (ii) DM water cooling systems with pre-mix anti-corrosive additive. (iii) Turbocharger. (iv) Fly wheel with fly wheel housing. (v) Electrical engine starter motor (disengagement after start-up) with Batteries. (vi) Battery charging systems. (vii) Industrial/Residential silencer and exhaust pipes having suitable height with supporting structure. (viii) Stainless steel exhaust flexible elbow. (ix) Thermal sealing of exhaust pipe and aluminium cladding for complete exhaust pipe and silencer. (x) Required filters for fuel, lube oil, air etc. (xi) Sets of flexible hoses as required. (xii) Suitable rubber coupling to Alternator with guard. (xii) Suitable Engine controller for protection of the engine. (xiii) Coolant heater. (xiv) Oil drain Pump. (xv) Heavy duty air cleaner.
(b) Engine protections: (i) High coolant temperature warning & trip. (ii) Low lubricating oil pressure warning & trip (iii) Low coolant level warning & trip. (iv) Fail to crank trip. (v) Over crank trip. (vi) High and Low speed trip (vii) Low or High battery voltage alarms. (viii) Clogged filter warning. (ix) Lack of fuel. (x) High Canopy Temperature. (xi) Set fail to start protection after failure of the set to start after successful three consecutive start attempts.
(c)Starting system :The engine starting shall be by means of totally enclosed axial type electric starter suitable for 12volts/24 volts DC starting system comprising of starter motor, voltage regulator and arrangement for initail exciation complete with suitable number of batteries(25 plates, 180AH Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) Lead-Acid type) as required as per specifications.The battery shall be supplied with a suitable floor mounted MS stand treated with seven tank treatment, two coats of red oxide /primer & acid resistant paint.with wooden base, adaptor box etc . with copper conductor battery leads of required length and socket/clamps
(d) Governor :The governor shall be of electronic type suitable for monitoring constant engine speed within the specified limits for auto parallel and auto load sharing operation.
(e) Exhaust : The exhaust piping system shall be supplied with a hospital grade silencer and catalytic converter suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB.The exhaust piping and the silencer shall be wrapped with rock wool and/or calcium silicate. The outside shall be neatly wrapped with aluminum cladding. The exhaust line shall be extended beyond the height of the utility building roof as required by pollution control norms.Suitable supporting structure for installation shalll be provided.
(f) Hot air exhaust (Radiator cooling): GI duct shall be provided for hot air exhaust from DG set up to designated place of duct outlet. The duct shall be made of 14 Gauge thick Class-8, Galvanized Iron (GI) Sheet.Galvanised Iron (GI) duct shall be provided for venting hot exhaust air out of the DG room, from radiator hot air outlet point of the DG Acoustic enclosure through nearest brick wall.
(g) Fuel Tank : Inbuilt/internal bottom mounted (with-in DG set or with-in base frame) diesel tank of suitable capacity with mounting brackets, complete with fuel inlet, out let, air vent, drain plug, level indicator, inter connection pipes from tank to diesel generator as required. Suitable barrier shall be provided between Diesel tank and the Engine. Fuel tank shall be fabricated as per tropical condition of Srinagar and designed capacity shall be suitable for 8 hrs continous operation.
(h) Alternator: 20 kVA 3 phase 0.8 PF 415V, 4 wire 1500 rpm self-excited and self regulated through AVR confirming to IS :4722/BS 2613 suitbale for tropical condition with brush less exciter, housed in screen protected drip proof enclosure. The alternator shall be confirming to IS 13364 Part-2 & IS 15999 Part-1/ IEC 60034 Part-1 capable of delivering rated output at rated power factor with (i) Terminal voltage differing from the rated value by not more than +/- 5%. (ii). Frequency differing from the rated value by not more than +/-0.5%. (iii). Short circuit capacity of 300% for 10 seconds. (iv). Over load capacity of 110% for one hour. The insulation class of the Alternator shall be class F/ H. The temperature rise shall be limited to class B and Ingresses enclosure protection shall IP23 or better. The alternator shall be fitted with suitable Nos. Resistance Temperature Device (RTD) & Bearing Temperature Device (BTD) along with space heaters.
(j) Alternator Protection :Alternator should have following protections (i) Over and Under voltage (ii) Under and Over frequency warning and trip (iii) Loss of excitation (iv) Over current and Earth Fault and Short Circuit Protection (v) Unbalanced loads (vi) Restricted Earth Fault Protection.(vii) Differential protection. (viii) Diode Failure.
(k) Voltage regulator :A rapid response voltage regulator shall be provided to regulate the generated voltage.The overall regulations from no load to full load, including cold to hot variation and load power factor of 0.8 lag to unity shall be within 2% of the normal voltage. The excitation system shall be designed to promote rapid voltage recovery following sudden application and disconnection of load.
(l) Acoustic enclousure : The acoustic enclosure should be supplied along with DG set from the manufacturer outlet itself as per CPCB norm.Acoustic enclosure shall be of powder coated and fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet. The canopy shall have four hinged doors, one door with glass window to view proper parameters on the control panel. The canopy and doors shall have inside lining of fire retardant foam/glasswool as acoustic materials. The base frame shall be fabricated in ISMC channel or in sheet metal, with lifting hooks for convenient lifting of complete set i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. The sound level shall have less than 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meter.High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. The allowable temperature raise inside the canopy is 5 to 7 deg. Centigrade. The Measurement of noise should be as per ISO 3744/ ISO 8528 (Part 10) standard.The canopy has the provision of emergency push button, external to the canopy
(m) AMF Control Panel :The control panel shall be designed for Automatic ON Mains Failure Operationof the Generator sets. The Panel will be totally enclosed, Dust tight, vermin proof,floor mounted, free standing, cubical compartmentalized type with hinged doors, fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA Steel metal having separatecompartments . The Panel will be epoxy painted powder coated with light grey shade, After Seven Tank treatment, and the Panel / compartment will be fitted with the following instrument and pre-wired with colour coded flexible copper cable with ferule Numbers for easy identification & maintenance. The panel shall be complete with interconnections, insulators, two nos. of earthing lugs and with suitable rating of MCCB at both the end & shall incorporate the followings: -
(xiv) Set of relays and contractor of suitable capacity with MCCB, 4 pole,63 Amps, 415 Volt. 25 KA for automatic start & automatically shut down of DG set or as per manufacturer recoomendation of suitable rating & capacity - 02 Nos. (xv) By pass arrangement by providing on laod change over switch 63 Amps 4 pole to be installed with AMF- 02 Nos.
Note : 1. AMF Panel shall be installed outside the acoustic enclousre 2. Cost of DG set foundation deemed to be included in cost of item. 3. Contractor should submit necessary drawing to GE for approval prior placing the order.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Pillar outdoor type confirming of IS 5039, CPRI approval, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer sheel shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door operating with locking arrangement at front. Panel shall be provided with proper ventilation arrangement from both sides including ventilation fan etc.Protection of enclosure IP 56 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided.The panel shall be provided with manufacturer name plate,heavy duty SS cable glands of adequate size for incoming and outgoing cables. Front and back door operating with locking arrangement at front. Panel shall be provided with proper ventilation arrangement from both sides including ventilation fan etc.Protection of enclosure IP 56 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided.The panel shall be provided with manufacturer name plate,heavy duty SS cable glands of adequate size for incoming and outgoing cables. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, door and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/support required with four legs 60cm long using angle iron 40x40x6mm duly painted with anti corrosive paint, air passing holes and locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming and outgoing cable using proper cable lugs, 4 x legs 40 cm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 and making good distrubed surface complete and comprising of the following:
(A) (i) TPN Aluminium electrolytic grade bus bar of capacity 100 Amps for phases & 50 Amps for neutral and auxillary bus bar to support main busbar duly supported on SMC/DMC, busbar supports and insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve (ii) Digital multifunction meter (V,A,KW,KWH), 415 AC alongwith C.T's of suitable ratio (set of three), class 1.0, complete (iii) Indication lamps LED type (RYB) =01 set of three.(iv) Internal wiring with suitable size of FRLS copper conductor cable.
B. INCOMER (i) Motor Protection Circuit breaker 4.0kW 3 ph motor power, 6-10 Amp adjustable thermal release range ,3phase AC conforming to IEC 60947-4-1,Breaking capacity Icu 50 KA at 440 V AC 50/60 Hz conforming to IEC 60947-2,Rated service short-circuit breaking capacity Ics 100 % at 440 V AC 50/60 Hz conforming to IEC 60947-2, under voltage release, Shunt release, IK09 enclosure,IP20 conforming to IEC 60529, complete all as specified -01 Nos. Note: The MPCB voltage rating must match the name plate voltage of the motor.
C. OUTGOING : (i) Direct on line(DOL) starter in sheet metal enclosure for motor output upto 7.5kW,AC-3 phase,415 Volts, 50Hz,Relay Maximum Range 9-15 Amps -01 Nos.
Note: (i) LT panel shall be CPRI approved (ii) Contractor shall submit the following Test report i.e. IP Test Report and verification of short circuit withstand test report in respect of LT Panel (iii) Contractor shall submit drawing for approval prior to place order.
Dismantling / removing of old/unsv 3 phase fuse switch disconnector box 100 amp complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VII FOR AREA DRAINAGE/UNDER GROUND SUMP WORKS
M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth wihout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded cushed stone aggregates, as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Liquid water proofing admixture as supply only shall be measurd and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ
Supply only liquid water proofing admixture all as specifed and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia for fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified and as directed.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII FOR LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS
Dismantling of old air termination rod, GI pipe including necessary breaking of concrete block for mounting of the exiting termination rod and taking credit of the same
M & L for Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed
M &L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze 75 x 75 x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
M&L for aluminium strip 25 x3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground for lightening conductor with epoxy insulators complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge
S&F of GI pipe, light grade 15 mm dia bore for installation of air termination rod including all fixing arrangements to walls and ceiling or laid all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F of Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregates for support block of GI pipes and air termination rod (size of blocks 200 x 200 x 500mm or as per site requirement) all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F for GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia complete with all fittings in trenches, fixed to wallls as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART- IX FOR EXCAVATION EARTH WORK INCLUDING SITE CLEARANCE FOR ALL SCHEDULES OF THIS BOQ
Excavation in over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in over areas exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.00m deep in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in over areas exceeding 3.00m but not exceeding 4.50m deep in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and again removing the earth for forming embankment for earthen traverse for the new VIFT complete all as specified and as directed.
Rough excavation on existing earthern traverse required to be performed due to demolition of existing VIFT and reconstruction of new VIFT at 4 mtr horizontal distance from existing location, removal of the surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1.50 km and again removing the earth for reuse in filling/embankment formation for the new VIFT created. (Forming embankment paid separaetly).
Returning, filling in of excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soil exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1500 m and again removing the earth for forming embankment for earthen traverse for the new VIFT complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layer n exc, 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size etc, height not exceeding 1.50 mitres from base, compaction of earth filling shall be done under optimum moisture conditions complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
NOTE: (i) Total amount of relevant part of Schedule of Credit amounting to Rs (as mentioned in Sch of credit) for retrieved material on relevant page of tender documents in PDF format which will be deducted offline during acceptance of Tender. (ii) The items having same description of different parts of this BOQ have been clubbed under one part of this BOQ to avoid duplicacy and also to avoid quoting of different rates for similar item(s) by the bidder(s).
