P/L Stone solling of Specified size duely hand packed incl. all carriages and loading/unloading

P/L in position cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded crushed stone aggregate,40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete job.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 mix.

Reinforcement for RCC work incld straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete (Thermo-mechanically treated bars)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of the same for foundatons above plinth level

Brick work with FPS bricks 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with Extra for brickwork in super structure above plinth upto floor V level including all costs and carriages (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Imported Wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows Fixing with but hinges of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid separately all complete as per site incharge shutters 30 mm to 35 mm thick. Imported Wood
