(1)Bridge No.520/1- Replacement of PSC Girders, (2) Bridge No.527/1- Replacement of PSC Slabs, Construction of return walls, (3) Construction of bridges at Ch 214075 (Aqueduct), Ch 214217 (Syphon), Ch 215750 (Hydraulic) and Ch.225475 (RUB),(4)Construction of balance work of Tower Wagon Shed at Amalner,Beed,Wadwani and Sirsala, (5)Catch water drain, Drain in cutting, load testing of Major Bridges,flooring at station platforms, (6)Beed yard Earthwork and platform wall, RUB outlet drain wall at ch.168200-167275, trolley refugee and drain raising at ch.180000m to 181000m, WBM road near Village Pokhri,(7) Construction of balance FOB,COP,ROB,Height Gauge having structural steel work, (8)Track work and other miscellaneous works in Ahmednagar-Parli section in connection with Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli vaijnath New BG line project(Re- reinvitation).

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less ; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

In case of JV firm, either the JV firm or Lead Member of the JV firm must have successfully completed or substantially completed during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited

Defination of Similar Work :- "Bridgework involving PSC/Steel/ Composite Superstructure".

Separate transaction should be made for payment of Tender document cost of requisite amount through Net Banking OR Payment gateway only, in favour of Sr. AFA (C), Central Railway, Pune. It should NOT be merged with EMD. The e-receipt of the transaction shall be uploaded with the tender Note: No other mode of payment will be accepted for Tender Document cost. The cost of Tender Document is not refundable.

The Earnest Money of requisite amount should be paid through Net Banking OR Payment gateway only, in favour of Sr. AFA (C), Central Railway, Pune. The e-receipt of the transaction shall be uploaded with the tender. Note: No other mode of payment will be accepted for EMD.

All the bidders/ tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/ rates are as per GST Law

Tenderers are abiding by the General conditions of contract (GCC) April-2022 & any statutory modification thereof and also abide to carry out the work accordingly. Also, abiding by the all the conditions mentioned in tender document attached.

WORKING DIFFICULTIES AT SITE are as below: 1)Work is at scattered locations. 2)Almost all works are related with compliance of CRS authorization. Only after compliance of these items train services can be started in Beed-Wadwani section. Hence, activities are time bound. 3)Activities of Wadwani-Parli section are also time bound since section is targeted for completion in June 2026. 4) It is very difficult to execute this work because there are no approach road available at most of the locations to access the crane and other vehicles. 5) Height of bridges is between 7.5m to 35m for which crane is required to be deployed of sufficient capacity. 6)At most of the locations water is flowing in the rivers, nallahs. But work has to be completed in this condition also since project need to be commissioned prior to June 2026. Hence, contractor has to do alternative arrangement by making approach road or coffer dam or by bringing the crane, scaffolding etc. as per site condition. 7)Work of ROB is required to be executed adjoining the existing level crossing. Necessary shoring arrangement, barricading, deployment of wardens etc. to be done by the contractor to ensure the safety of train and road users. Note:- No additional payment will be made for carrying out the full scope of work, despite the above-mentioned challenges.
