M & L for Cutting through existing road surfaces i.e. surfacing PCC soling etc, and making trench of minimum 500mm wide 100cm in depth along the cross section of road for laying of pipes or UG cables, including returning filing in, well ramming & removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 m & repairs to road surfaces to match with existing specification after laying the pipes/cable etc. all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for asbestos rope of suitable size and superier quality for heat insulation including rapping arround the exhaust pipe and winding with wire mess and plastering with plaster of peris /white cement for smooth finishing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of diesel engine generating set capacity upto 160 KVA repair/replacement of the following defective parts through authorised service engineer/mechanic . (a) Drain out the lubricanting oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning. (b) Replace Engine Oil filter cartidge with same size. (c) Renew Fuel filter cartridge with same size. (d) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts. (e) Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (f) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new one as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (g) Testing of DG set after servicing as per Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Contractor has to employ highly skilld Refrigerator Mechanic with helper and necessary T&P for attending day to day complaints of Ref and AC failing which recovery shall be made at two times of quoted rate. (b) Rate quated shall be inclusive of transport from AF Station to work shop & back shifting within permises.( c) Any parts required to be replaced shall be replaced and paid separately as "supply only " against relevant item (s) of this schedule.

Repair to motor and pump capacity upto 20 HP involving the following operations. (a) Dismanting (opening) of motor pump complete in MES installation/workshop part by of all the stationary parts, cleaning the covers and part as applicable. (b) Servicing, cleaning of motor pump accessoried and part by part all the as applicable such as inner motor, water inlet, stunner, etc replacement of unserviceable parts, like bearing, bushes, wires, copper winding & including it in serviceable condition & refixing in its original position all is specified by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and transportation of fresh drinking water through water bouzer of capacity 4000 litres from nearest water filling points made by PHE (Public health Engineering or approved by Engineer-in-Charge) to Shahsitar and filling water in storage water tanks at Air Force Station Shahsitar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) Supply, filling, transportation and filling water in tanks at different locations of Shahsitar shall be included in the rate quoted by contractor and contractor will be informed one day before actual shifting of water bouzer for arrangement to vehicle etc time to time as per requirement.
