Construction of HL Bridge over puri main canal connecting to Old Kacharamala road in the Dist of Cuttack under BSY for the year 2024-25

BRIDGE PROPER

Earthwork in cutting in hard soil within the initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work where ever required, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications Section 900 and Clause 301 & 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, driving and installing bored cast in situ RCC M-35 gradeof following diameter for bridges to carry a safe load not less than specified excluding cost of steel liner & reinforcement steel but including cost of shoe and length of pile to be embedded in pile cap etc complete, concrete produced by batching, using required quantity of admixture as per IS:9103-I and as per section 900, 1000, 1100, 1500 & 1700 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works of (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer-in charge.

1200 mm dia Pile

Providing fitting, fixing 8 mm thick permanent steel liner plate for pile including cost of all materials,labour, for cutting, bending, welding installation all required T&P and machinery etc. complete as per section 1100,1900 of MORT& H specification for Road and Bridge works of (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing 8mm thick steel liner in pile location complete as per drawing and technical specification, including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete in all respect and as per section 1100 of MORT&H specifications & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing RCC grade of M35 in pile cap as per approved drawing and technical specifications using high strength approved quality cement and aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 with form work complete as per Section 900,1000, 1100, 1500 , 1700,&2100, of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of grade M-15 below pile cap of bridge works, below approach slab, etc complete as per drawing and technical specification using High Strength approved quality Cement and coarse granite aggregate conforming to Table 1000-1 with formwork as per Section 900,1000,1500,1700, 2100 & 2200 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works of (5th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing RCC of grade M-30 in superstructure wearing coat & approach slab etc. as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 2200, 2300 & 2700 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
