Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable/erection of pole and getting out in soft/loose all complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying 40mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain or along electric pole or floor/wall etc for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

M&L for burnt clay class B bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core Iincluding laying in trench or fixed on wall through clamps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel work as in doors of LT feeder pillar boxes grade Fe 410 or Fe 310 including joint/hinges with panel including spray painting to including taking down old unserviceable one complete.

M & L for heat shrink type straight through jointing kit for 1.1 KV XLPE/PVC cables of size 6 to 16 Sqmm 4 core including testing after jointing complete all as specified & directed.

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs of size 06sqmm to 16 sqmm from main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers and Supply and fix new lugs with crimping tool as per existing one including fixing, insulation, termination to main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers for the following sizes of cables complete al as directed.

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs of size 25sqmm to 50 sqmm from main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers and Supply and fix new lugs with crimping tool as per existing one including fixing, insulation, termination to main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers for the following sizes of cables complete al as directed.

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs of size 70sqmm to 95 sqmm from main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers and Supply and fix new lugs with crimping tool as per existing one including fixing, insulation, termination to main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers for the following sizes of cables complete al as directed.

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs of size 120sqmm to 240 sqmm from main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers and Supply and fix new lugs with crimping tool as per existing one including fixing, insulation, termination to main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers for the following sizes of cables complete al as directed.

Isolate, disconnect, dismantle the burnt out lugs of size 300sqmm to 400 sqmm from main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers and Supply and fix new lugs with crimping tool as per existing one including fixing, insulation, termination to main switches/MCCB/ACB/Breakers for the following sizes of cables complete al as directed.

S & F in repair MCCB 4 pole , 415 V adjustable type 630 Amp, with breaking capacity 50 KA including spreader link and seperator and any modification required for fixing of MCCB including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB 4 pole , 415 V adjustable type 400 Amp, with breaking capacity 36 KA including spreader link and seperator and any modification required for fixing of MCCB including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB 4 pole , 415 V adjustable type 320 Amp, with breaking capacity 36 KA including spreader link and seperator and any modification required for fixing of MCCB including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Note: PCC anti climbing device, cross arms insulator, ACSR conductor and earth work measure and paid separately)

M & L for cross arms , bracing, supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms and completeall as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing of aluminium busbar chamber 200A TPN with 4 outgoing ways ingress protection IP 42 mounted of channels 30cm above the ground fixed on 15cm thick PCC plateform including nut bolts etc and fixing of LT cable/wires by end terminals with proper taping of cable head including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing of aluminium busbar chamber 315A TPN with 4 outgoing ways ingress protection IP 42 mounted of channels 30cm above the ground fixed on 15cm thick PCC plateform including nut bolts etc and fixing of LT cable/wires by end terminals with proper taping of cable head including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling service pole from roof sheet including nut bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing earthing stip of any size and description and refixing the same with replacement of insulator complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Insulators used will be measured and paid under appropriate items)

Supply only insulator appropriate for strips relaying under item No. 42.

S & Fix Earth continuity conductor of size 25 mm x 4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess with porcelein insulators or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles with porcelein insulators or any other indicated situation for earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate and bentonite powder , using GI strip of size 25x4mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
