Dismantling of existing screw compressor of 250 TR capacity carefully with using hydraulic jack & chain pulley, putting dummy plates to suction & discharge line & transporting to authorized workshop for repair, etc., all as directed.

Dismantling of burnt out winding from stator of screw compressor of chiller of 250 /150TR capacity compressor body, cutting, opening of burnt out winding, rewinding with same gauge of copper conductor of F class oil proof insulation applying one coat of varnish and kept at electrical oven and heated for 48 hours and refixing the same in original place and all as directed.

Dismantanling & shifting to store 2 nos AHU unit located at 3rd& 4th floor, complete set electrical acessories & fitting, by disconnecting/ removing of inlet & out let pipe lines of any size with water connection by gas cutting/cutting tool and refitting the same 100 mm pipe & water pipe from tank to water cooler plant smoothly to Ground & first Floor at AWE & C bulding CABS , dismantaling the damaged RCC tank with replacing of new sintex tank of capacity of 200ltrs with all necessories fitting & fixtures for smooth running water coller plant, dismantled AHU / pipe lines/electrical & acessories to be handing over to AGE store yard safetly dismantaled AHU & acessories all as directed by engineer - in charge

Pressure Testing each circuit of carrier make 30XA / 30GX model chiller for refrigerant leak by evacuating refrigerant gas from the circuit into the empty cylinder, leak testing of the circuit with nitrogen (N2) pressure by separating the entire system like low side, high side compressor condensers and rectifying the leakage vacummising re-charging of evacuated refrigerant gas and testing complete all as directed. Note: Topping up of gas will be measured and paid separately for DARE/ STIR

Complete Overhauling of one Compressor in 250 TR chiller unit by opening the compressor end plate, removing the gear assembly with gear puller, removing the hydraulic chamber, removing the twin screws using puller, removing the bearing sets, O rings, rotor, terminal bolts and stator. Clean the entire mechanical parts with approved cleaning agent and oil the parts. Checks all the mechanical parts for wear & tear and replace if required. Reassemble the dismantled parts carefully by using required tools and tackles. Refix the twin screws and checks the alignment of screws for smooth operation. Refix the stator along with terminals, fix the gear assembly and hydraulic chamber. Checks the alignment of screws and gear assembly for smooth rotation. Refix the endplates and tightened the bolts and complete the overhauling all as per standard procedure.

Supply and replacement of internal bearings suitable for carrier screw compressor by opening the compressor end plate, removing the gear assembly with gear puller, removing the hydraulic chamber, removing the twin screws using puller, removing the bearing sets, O rings, rotor, terminal bolts and stator. Clean the entire mechanical parts with approved cleaning agent. Replace the bearing sets as per standard procedure. Reassemble the dismantled parts carefully by using required tools and tackles. Refix the twin screws and checks the alignment of screws for smooth operation. Refix the stator along with terminals, fix the gear assembly and hydraulic chamber. Checks the alignment of screws and gear assembly for smooth rotation. Refix the endplates and tightened the bolts all as per standard procedure.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable scroll compressor of capacity 5.5 TR carefully without disturbing the cooling coil with using gas cutting, supply and fix new scroll compressor of 5.5 TR capacity suitable for 5.5TR capacity package unit making necessary brazing including leak testing of package unit through dry Nitrogen Gas after charging the Nitrogen Gas pressure to be hold for 48 hours and vaccumizing the system including charging of Refrigerant gas R-22 of testing, commissioning etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Charging of refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule A.
