Dismantiling GCI Sheet AC Sheet roofing after carefully removing nuts & bolts including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris with in 50m lead with cost, conveyance, royalty, & taxes of all materials, with labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respects including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantiling & Removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab including removing the debris with in 50m lead with labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respects including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Filling the foundation and plinth with sand, laying in layers, well watered and rammed etc complete complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of prop.(1:3:6) in foundation up to lowest bed level using hard black granite crusher broken metal of size 40 mm size down graded of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting,lowering,laying compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 6 thick, watering, curing for three weeks shuttering the exposed surfaces, finished smooth, providing grooves of beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty, & taxes of all materials, with labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of prop.(1:2:4) in foundation up to lowest bed level using hard black granite crusher broken metal of size 12 mm size down graded of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting,lowering,laying compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 6 thick, watering, curing for three weeks shuttering the exposed surfaces, finished smooth, providing grooves of beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty, & taxes of all materials, with labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Head Room

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 23cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm, after immersing Bricks for six hours in waters before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Back filling of Surplus excavated earth at work site by initial lead and lift of 1.50 mtr including cost, conveyance, royalty, & taxes of all materials, with labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respects including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
