Material and Labour Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all dirts etc and then applying evely a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm meter by using VG-10 bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam not exceeding 50mm deepand surface in are not exec 400 sqm

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10.0 Kg per 10 Sq meter paving bitumen over WBM surface

Material and labour for repairs to unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc., by filling premixed bituminous macadam using VG-30 paving bitumen @ 4% by weight to total mix in unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc .laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75 mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exec 10 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and by applying tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq m putting in premixed bituminous macadum well ramed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.9 cum os soten chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, bider and chippings), depth of pot holes, n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paitn of minimum 2 mm thick and 100 mm in width as in lines, dashes, arrows etc with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint. White/ Yellow by indegenous modern propelled road marking machine including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular delineator of mild steel of 600mm height & dia 45/50 mm concealed with Acrylonitrile Butadinene Styrene (ABS) round round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of Polymethyl Methacrylate ( PMMA) and with antitheft steel net duly coated with thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips including embedding in PCC type B-1,1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate shall be inclusive of demolition of PCC, excavation, removal of soil and fixing new tubular poles and making good.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design meeting the requirement of IP65 in accordance with IS 12063: Category 2 for protection against water ingress) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and directed. Note : The unti rate shall be inclusive of adhesive to be used for fixing the item to roads.

Supplying and fixing retro reflective cautionary/ warnign sign boards of equilateral / triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick alumunium sheet, face to be fuly covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type -IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual),symbols and borders etc. as per IRC:67:20001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activaed by appplying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium ally rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S angles of size 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, provding & fixing M.S message plates of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brands & manufactures over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer/ vertical MS-Tree support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lilfts etc. complete all as specified in IRC 67:2001 & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The unit rate shll be inclusive of earth work & excavation required for anchoring the pole.

Material and Labour for moorum/ red bajari filling in pavers and paving, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete complete and all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface in walls, softits, facia roof or any other concrete surface like helipad, hardstanding etc and applying two coats of weather proof premium acrylic based emulsion paint (100% acrylic) as per manufacture instructons etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade and pattern of the colour to be approved by GE.

Material and labour for old brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description ove 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old surface of paver tile, blocks, kerb stone etc and applying one coat of floor guard premium acrylic emulsion paint in any colour of approved make etc complete and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. On roads, pavements and the like n . Exec 10 cm width with road marking paint, white or golden yellow of any colour as required at site by using adequate numbers of coats (minimum two coats) of premium acrylic water based road marking paint of Make : Berger (Guideline RM) and equivalent etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour bituminous surface of roads, pavements etc and marking 2.5 mm thick edge lines, centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exec 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all asper manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 26 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
