Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

M/L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type I flat size 250mm x150mmx40mm with ISI mark.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil or soft/disintegrated rock as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil or rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE Insulated & sheathed armoured electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 185 Sq mm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of LT panel 'KIOSK type' cubical, weather, dust and vermin proof (out door type) of size 1mx0.9x0.45 CPRI approved factory made suitable for operation on 1100 volts 3 phase, 4wire, 50 HZ AC electric supply, externally powder coated & internally painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet as size having opening and locking arrangement both from front and back side including aluminium busbar size 50 x 5 mm, fixing on angle iron size of 50x50x6mm including connected accessories and necessary PCC work 1:3 :6 type C-2 blocks complete with following accessories :- (i) MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 25 kA, Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 01 No (I/C). (ii) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 16 kA, Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 02 No (O/G). (vi) Onload Changover switch 400 Amps - 01 No (vii) S&F multi function digital meter with LCD display incl PT and CT having CTR 50/5 (Parameters : V, A, F, PF, kW, kVA, KWh, kVAh, kVARh) - 01 No (Make : L&T 4410 series Cat Part No. WL441010OOOO) (viii) Indicators with neon lamp with RYB shade,240 volts 50 c/s of suitable capacity resistance - 01 set. (ix) Internal wiring with suitable size PVC insulated single core copper cable for connecting instruments-01 lot

GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls /poles,bore of pipe 80mm. for proection of UG Cable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D1 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing BLDC (Brushless DC motor) ceiling fan 1200mm sweep (ISI Marked), 230 volts including connection rod of various size from 0.5 mtr to 2 mtr as per existing size of length of GI pipe medium grade, twin core flexible wire and clamp complete and disconnecting the old and depositing in MES store all as per specified and directed. Make : Havells (Efficiencia Neo) or equivalent in Usha/Bajaj/Crompton

Supply & fixing BLDC (Brushless DC motor) ceiling fan 1400mm sweep (ISI Marked), 230 volts including connection rod of various size from 0.5 mtr to 2 mtr as per existing size of length of GI pipe medium grade, twin core flexible wire and clamp complete and disconnecting the old and depositing in MES store all as per specified and directed. Make : Havells (Efficiencia Neo) or equivalent in Usha/Bajaj/Crompton

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit with inbuilt air ioniser & plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR with copeer tubing condensor including all necessary fixing arrangement and accessories including mounting bracket for outdoor unit. Make: Daikin / Carier/ Hitachi. Note: (1)The cost of AC also includes cost of copper tubing and insulation as per manufacturer. (2) If extra copper tubing and insulation required at site, the same will be measured and paid seperate under respective item of sch.

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 2 Runs of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, juction box, reducers etc as required along with 1 run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded coper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit comlete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable and 1 run of PVC casing/caping 25mm/32mm wide shall be measured as single run.
