Supply and fix Sluice valve of 250mm dia CI body double flanged and drilled conforming to IS-780 of 1980 PN-1.6 including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, stainless steel spindle, iron wheel head and suitable size of nuts bolts and washers,etc including takingout the existing unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sluice valve of 200mm dia CI body double flanged and drilled conforming to IS-780 of 1980 PN-1.6 including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, stainless steel spindle, iron wheel head and suitable size of nuts bolts and washers,etc including takingout the existing unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sluice valve of 150mm dia CI body double flanged and drilled conforming to IS-780 of 1980 PN-1.6 including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, stainless steel spindle, iron wheel head and suitable size of nuts bolts and washers,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sluice valve of 100mm dia CI body double flanged and drilled conforming to IS-780 of 1980 PN-1.6 including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, stainless steel spindle, iron wheel head and suitable size of nuts bolts and washers,etc including takingout the existing unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing CI pipes 250 mm dia and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing CI pipes 200 mm dia and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing CI pipes 150 mm dia and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of block masonary valve pit size 1.2 X 1.2 X 1.2 m complete with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block walling 20cm thick set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangment etc., including dismantling old existing damaged valve pit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of earthwork, excavation, returning, filling and removal of earth for the construction of valve chamber.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of DI pipes and connected etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling/boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including making good distrubed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cast iron round shaped UG Pipeline route indicator of size 200 mm dia 10mm thick with letters embossed and fixed with 1050 mm long MS angle iron 25 mm x 25 mm x 5mm including connected earth work and excavation as in post holes in any type of soil, providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 660mm x 300mm x 250 mm (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) to hold the angle iron (by putting the split end of angle iron in to the concrete ) up to ground level and painting the exposed iron surface with blue in colour over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of pressure gauge dial type with syphon assembly including necessary cutting welding etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair of 200mm dia non return valve PN-1.6 confirming to IS- 5312 both end flanged heavy duty including jointing by means of rubber gasket 3mm thick, MS nut bolt, washers etc., including testing and taking out old U/s NRV complete all as specified and directed.
