Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of 600mm diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer.Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc., Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Providing and laying weathering course on terrace in brick jelly lime concrete in ratio 1:2 ( I lime: 2 brick jelly ) the size of the brick jelly should not be more than 25 mm and not be less than 20 mm . The rate includes the cost of all material and labour inluding all lift and leads etc. complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

WATER PROFFING TOILETS AND OPEN TERRACE - Water proofing treatement for top surface and all side of sunken porton in the followingsequences including all labour . Materials , tools lead and lifts etc , a) cleaning of RCC remove dust completely , b). supply and application of cm 13 mixed with niobond SBF latex or equivalent polymer modified high quality cmulsion as a coving at the corners of floor and the vertical surface in the sunken area and between floor and walls in he remainig area c) apply first coat of brushbond RFX or equivalent acrylic polymar modified cementitious water proofing membrane coating on the prepared mofified cementitious water proofing membrance coating on the prpered surface in a contionous film on the sunken floor area vertical sutfaces up to finished foorlevel , the coating also continued on the inner surfaces of the pipe penetration holes .

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 800x800x10mmthick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on work

Dadooing the wall with ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 600x300x10mm thick of approved make, in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: Two sand) 10mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications. Supplying and Installing Metal False Ceiling using Fire Retardant Galvanized Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.5mm thick, powder coated on external surface and shall have flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids.
