Note: Necessary work permissions for the works to be carried in Civil/Public ares/Defence areas to be taken by the contractor prior to starting the work. S&F following accessories of transformer in replacement of unserviceable, incl taking down old unsv one complete all as directed :-

(a) Top cover gasket of FOR DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER OF 50-500 KVA any capacity as per site requirement.

(b) Temp gauge 0-100 degree Celcius suitable for distribution transformer 11/0. 433 KVA of Capacity upto 400 kva

(c ) Porcelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems conical bush/ gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer upto 500 KVA as per IS-3347 complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) LT rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 160KVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed.

(e) LT rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 200KVA to 400 KVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed.

Replacement of moisture saturated silca jel breather assembly with new one including vent pipe for indoor/outdoor transformer incl taking down old unsv one of the follolwing capacity :-

Upto 160 KVA of Cap 250g

200 KVA to 400 KVA of Cap 500g

Replacment / Renewal of Silica gel for filling in existing air breather by removing old one

Arresting leakage of transformer fins by brazing / welding etc, after removing of oil from inside of transformer and refilling of oil by opening top cover of transformer of capacity upto 500KVA

Supply and filling in replacement of transformer oil pole or plinth mounted as per IS :335 with 60 KV Dielectric strenght specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration including filtratrion cleaning of transformer oil testing of Dielectric strenght of transformer oil of indoor/outdoor type transformer 11/.433KV . filtration of transformer oil by passing through filtration machine/plant to remove moisture impurities and for improving dielectric strenght to above 60KV for 2mm gap and machine having minimum capacity 1000 to 30000 ltrs/hours. Testing of insulation and vescocityof oil before and after dehydration to be carried out site. Note :- Contractor carryout the filtration at site by machine which automatically collect data of dielectric strenght and printout out of the same shall be Submitted to the department.

M&L for Shifting of the any make of transformer rating up to 500 KVA mounted onplinth/pole from existing location to new location and existing transformer vice versa, including removing and reconnections of HT/LT side, jumper / cable connection, control cable connection of both transformers including testing and commission complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the transformer.

Dismantling HT/LT pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed.

Inspection of defective 11kv HT cable(laid in UG/trench/tunnel/wall/surface) to locate the fault using cable fault Locator machine(by surge generators mounted on Van) (fault either by Short/Moisture/earth fault or any type) including complete all as directed.

M&L for Spray painting of upto 400 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking or transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pauring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing Expulsion fuse unit single pole 11 KV channel mounted complete including supply and fix for new Expulsion fuse unit single pole 11 KV, above 50 & 100 amp channel mounted complete

Cutting and trimming trees branches any girth and any size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr length both side of OH line with in a span of upto 50 mtrs each disposing the same, clearing the site all as directed .

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out HARD / DENSE soil

M&Lfor single filling in floors or pavings of Gauge 40 mm to 90mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement of Insulating mats 2.5mm thick made of Elastomer (a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastomeric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both) for use as floor covering for the protection of workers on ac and dc installations with the system voltages up to 11 kV ac and 240 V dc and as per Cl 5 of IS15652 latest Class B Cat II of Size 1m X 2m complete with Relevant Test Reports and fixing on floor with suitable adhesives complete incl taking down old unsv one all as specified and as directed Note:- The mat should be permanently pasted with the help of suitable adhesive/resin. All joints and comers shall be filled/covered wit,hinsulating material of matching colour. Matching colour and matching designed tapes should be used to maintain an aesthetic look of the installation.

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) of capacity 400 to 800 Amps, 11 KV 250 to 450 MVA comprising of following repairs, overhauling, servicing and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling: (a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection/overhauling (b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required. (c) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and cicuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required. (d) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc. (e) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism. (f) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of secondary sockets/busbar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required.

(g) Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley. (h) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly. j) The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve:- (i) Inspection of truck & hoist assembly. (ii) Inspection of tank assembly & barriers. (iii) Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly. (iv) Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism. (v) Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism. (vi) Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly (vii) Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related components

Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vaccum interrupture assly, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections/buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly/barriers, solenoid spares, dependent/spring mechainsm/ motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include of fixing/ replacement and taking down old unsv one
