Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window /Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 63x51 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gm) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/Cu.m, screw withdrawl strength of 2200N Face & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/ Sq.mm, modules of elasticity 900 N/Sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete.

Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, thickness 30 mm,etc complete all all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28-30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2 mm thick plain colur PVC sheet on back face, as shown on page 181 of MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified.

Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section 150mm long, ISI marked,IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified.
