| Sl No | Description | Qty | Unit | Est. Rate | Est. Amount |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Comprehensive Service and Overhauling of 3 Nos. 110 TR Carrier Chiller Plants including AHU Filters, Electrical Components, and Related HVAC Equipment Technical Description: This item covers the complete service and overhauling of three (3) Carrier air-cooled chiller plants, each of 110 TR capacity, along with their associated Air Handling Units (AHUs), filters, ductwork, and control systems. The scope of work includes dismantling and overhauling of compressor units, chemical descaling along with mechanical rodding of condenser/evaporator tubes of chiller plant including opening of end covers, tube cleaning, chemical circulation, flushing, neutralization, reassembly, testing, and commissioning, flushing and cleaning of evaporator coils, refrigerant leak detection and topping
up, testing and servicing of electrical components such as control
panels, contactors, sensors, and relays. It also includes comprehensive cleaning of filters in all connected AHUs (primary, secondary, and fine filters), blower motor lubrication, inspection for leakage and insulation condition, and calibration of BMS/ automation controls. Post- service, each system is tested under load and a service report is submitted | 3 | Job | 80,000 | ₹2,40,000 |
| 2 | Supplying and charging of R-22 non-CFC refrigerant gas in the
following capacity 30 ton after pressure testing with nitrogen gas,
vacuuming etc. as required (Gas will be supplied by the contractor) | 120 | kg | 910 | ₹1,09,200 |
| 3 | Supply and Replacement of 110 TR processor based EXV (Electronic
Expansion valve) card to control the flow of refrigerant to the
evaporator, allowing for precise temperature control and increased
efficiency. The board receives input from sensors monitoring the chillers performance, adjust the Expansion valves position based on these signals and delivers the correct amount of refrigerant to the evaporator. For Plant No 1 and 2. | 3 | Each | 55,000 | ₹1,65,000 |
| 4 | Supply and replacement of Mother Board PCB (Main Control Board)
suitable for 1 × 110 TR chiller plant(plant no 1), compatible with
existing chiller control system, comprising microprocessor-based
control circuitry with necessary communication ports, relay outputs,
sensor input terminals, display/control interface compatibility, and
inbuilt safety logic for compressor protection, temperature control,
pressure monitoring, fault diagnostics, and system sequencing. The
motherboard PCB shall be OEM compatible, suitable for operation
on 415V AC supply, capable of interfacing with compressor controls,
thermostat/ temperature sensors, pressure switches, EXV controls,
safeties, and associated field devices. The PCB shall include all
necessary connectors, mounting arrangement, terminal interfaces, and
programmable parameters required for proper functioning of the
chiller plant. The item shall include necessary calibration,
programming, parameter setting, testing, and commissioning for
satisfactory operation of the chiller system. For Plant No 1 and 2 | 2 | Each | 95,000 | ₹1,90,000 |
| 5 | Supply and Replacement of processor based TCPM (Thermostat
Compressor protection module) board in a chiller system is
responsible for controlling and monitoring the compressor, primarily
for protection and efficiency. It works by monitoring various
parameters like temperature pressure, and current and then initiates
appropriate actions based on these reading, such as starting, stoping
or protecting the compressor. For Plant No 1 | 2 | Each | 60,217 | ₹1,20,434 |
| 6 | Supply and Replacement of 110 TR chiller processor based Fan PCB
board having relays/contactors for switching the fan motors in
ON/OFF state having overcurrent protection circuitry to prevent
motor damage, having temperature sensor to display the condition of
fan or motor, indicator LEd's to display operational status and faults
and to communicate with compressor EXV PCB to synchronize the
fan's operation with other components as required For Plant No 2 | 2 | Job | 44,598 | ₹89,196 |
