S&F Pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood plain,Factory made Flush shutters,solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete as specified and directed . Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section -8, clause 8.24(a).complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification and drawin complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly as per specification & drawing., Section -8, clause 8.24(a).

M&L Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-16 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 incljuding fabrication etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
