Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of rubbish out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat of any thickness and rubbish off the premises. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, machine polished granite tiles of approved colour in flooring set, jointed and jointed with cement slurry mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified .

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, machine polished granite tiles of approved colour in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed in neat cement paste mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in flooring of any size laid, jointed and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in cm (1:6) including rubbing and polishing as specifed in SSR part I complete all as specified.

-Ditto- as per item No 6.00 above but in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) with thick cement paste complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified. Note - WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring and finished even and smooth with using extra cement including providing 3 mm thick glass dividing strips 38 mm wide in position complete all as specified.

Material & labour two coats of acrylic paint exterior grade (100%Acrylic) over a one coat of primer including prepartion of newly plasterd surfaces of walls etc all specified on external surfaces (Make : Asian Paint (Apex)/Nerolac (1st quality)/Dulux (weather shield)

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick of any colour in flooring set, jointed and pointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick of any colour in flooring set, jointed and pointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick of any colour in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement paste mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut machine polished marble tiles 300mm x 200mm x 18 mm to 20 mm thick, makarana white laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed and pointing the joints with white cement complete as specified and directed .

M & L for mirror polishing to the existing stone flooring of any type to give high gloss finish with machine evenly with fine granding ( Fine Grade No. 120) and finally oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rate of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags and floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean including pointing of joints with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of slab complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting chases in brick walls pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of wall, steps, cills, sunshades lintel etc. and making good disturbed surfaces, cutting not exc 10 cm width or girth.

Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each and resecuring or easing, adjusting & refixing in same opening complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs of any type, 18 to 20mm thick, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.
