PERIODICAL SERVICES FOR SMART PAINTING IN MD AND OTM BLDGS UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for applying 15 mm thick rendering using ready mix plaster bags in CM 1:4 on brick / concrete surfaces of external walls finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying 15 mm thick rendering using CM 1:6 on brick / concrete surfaces/ walls finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja and applying 1 mm thick jk wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint the cost of all material. T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Emulsion paint work shall to be paid under item No 15 and OBD work shall to be paid under item No 11 (ii) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood and wood base surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted Steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of sythetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

SMART PERIODICAL:- (InternalSurface) M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and including cutting/ uprooting trees/ wild grass complete then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal and applying 1 mm thick white cement base wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint the cost of all material. M&L for 1 coat of primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm using spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coat of OBD using spray machine complete all as specified and directed
