Providing & making of RCC platform for installation 50 H.P. motor pump set with cement concrete grade M-20 (Nominal mix) with 20 mm maxiumum size. 1.50 × 0.80 × 1.80 = 2.16 cum. × 9 Job = 19.44

Providing & making of motor pump base plate 100 × 50 mm channel iron base plate for motor pump set as per required site condition i/c grounding nut bolt welding, cutting, jointing etc. complete 90 kg. per site × 9 job = 810 kg.

Labour charge for complete broken of the slab of sump well & making a hole for fitting of delivery suction pipe with footvalve & reconcrting of hole with required material carefully.

Providing & fixing of earthing arrangement with GI plate of 600 × 600 × 6.3 mm size which includes following works : digging of pit i/c packing of charcoal powder & salt as per specification watering pipe of 19 mm dia GI with funnel on top etc complete with refilling of the pit in all types of saul providing & making brick masonery chamber with CI frame & cover complete as per IS specification.

Providing & fixing GI earth strip 25 × 5 mm size.

Providing, fabrication & fixing of 150 mm dia suction pipe line tail piece i/c welding, holes required flange nut bolts wiser, rubber sheet etc. with tools plant & materials safety providing etc. suction pipe line tail piece. i) 150 mm dia & 6 mm thick M.S. pipe 24 mtr. × 22.500 kg per mtr. = 540 kg. ii) 150 mm dia flange × 36 nos. 36 nos. × 7.00 kg. (per flange) = 252 kg. + 540 kg. = 792 kg.
