Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel , other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.)

Prestigious Park/Public Park which have feature like mounts, shrubs, topiaries, rockeries, annual beds, shrubs beds etc. @ 1 Man for 1.0 acre per month for 12 months.

Complete Maintenance of wood land area including trees, shrubs and making of thamla etc. and removal of all weeds, watering, replacement of plotted plants, spreading of Cow dung manure once/ twice a year as per requirment and removal of garden rubbish from the premise, including application of fertilizer and insecticide, pesticide, fungicides according to the requirment and as per direction of the officer-in-charge at site.(Excluding the cost of materials which shall be supplied by the department and brush cutter with fuel , other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.)

Plantation up to 4 years@One Mali per 3 Acres.(As per yard Stick 1 mali for 12141sqm per month)

Clearing , sweeping and collection of rubbish garden refuse from the periphery of the path parking and disposed off at specified place as per the direction of officer-in-charge.(as per yard stick 1 mali sweeps =5576 sqm area in a day

Providing and watering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.
