Supply and Replacement of Exide Make 12V 42Ah & 12V 65Ah SMF Batteries for 3 KVA and 5 KVA UPS System

The bidder should have executed at least one work of Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SMF batteries in any Powerplants/Substation/Any Industries costing not less than Rs.0.875 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in any one of the preceding five years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26). In proof of this, bidder shall submit copy of single work order and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/ Government undertaking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) shall be furnished. (A Weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work orders to bring the current price level of 2025-26).

The bidder shall be a Manufacturer / Authorized Distributor / Authorized Dealer of SMF batteries of Exide / HBL power systems/Luminous/Amar Raja Batteries Limited. In proof of this relevant document shall be furnished.

The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs 1.75 lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in at least two years during preceding five financial years. In proof of this, Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A Weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2025-26).

The bidder shall furnish the scanned copy of duly filled Guaranteed performance & Technical particulars of battery as per the Annexure (copy enclosed).

Declaration by the bidder that, the payment to the contract labours will be made as per Minimum wage act 1948. (format in page-10). Declaration by the bidder (if applicable) that, any bidders from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the competent authority. If applicable the bidder shall upload /produce valid registered certificate issued by the competence authority (format in page-11).

Declaration by the bidder that none of his contracts have been terminated /foreclosed on account of his default in KPC or elsewhere during last Five years (format in page No-6). Declaration that bidders Coverage of contractors labourers under PF Act (format in page-7).

Declaration that bidders offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. (format in page-8). Declaration by the bidder that he has studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the Bid having studied, understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement. (format in page-9).
