Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10).
Supplying and Filing in foundation and basement with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered consolidated including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.24&25).
Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII).
Centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3 mts height using MS sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm (10 gauge) and stiffered with elded silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 ce c/c and supported by casurinaprops of size 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specification (TNDSS NO: 30&86)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen(SS-2Grade) which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bitumenius Binder as tack Coat by Bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plant employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Specification . etc., complete as per standard specification
Applying Tack Coat over existing Prime coating WMM surface using 2.5 Kg of Bitumen emulsion(RS-1) per 10 Sq.m including labour charges for preparing the surface removing of binder materials and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks & axes sweeping with brooms on soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bag and/or compressed air and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as tack coat manually etc., Complete complying with 503 of MOST specifications.
Providing and laying Tack Coat over existing B.T Surface using 2.00 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for prparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.13 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen and 5.03 kg of shredded Plastic waste for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
