S&F 40mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with tongued and grooved joints and fixed with nails as in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with butt joints as in shelves of cupboards, racks and pelmets, eaves board and skirting work fixed with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm & over in section in any position as in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for second class HW scantlings clean sawn in timber fixed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for french polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces incl a coat of wood filler on old works with one or more coats, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for five coats of melamine polishing to new or existing wooden surface of any description as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
