AMC contract for below mentioned lift includes the inspection, maintenance and replacement of all consumable/non consumable items/parts excluding Batteries, cabin fans & lights, the cost of which shall be borne by the client .
There will be regular inspections of the lift by the authorized service engineer to be nominated by the firm irrespective of the condition whether the lift is in working or in break down condition.
