Disconnecting of electric connection from ceiling rose and taking down the ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounted fan/ pedestal fan of any size, sweep and from any height by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Hanging only ceiling /exhaust fan/wall mounted fan of any size and sweep at any height & also connection with ceiling rose for electric supply, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep any make after opening and cleaning the rotor, bearing and bushes by compressed air/'K Oil and providing fresh grease to all bearings and bushes including replacement of split pins, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers etc and , reassembling & testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and reassembly complete fan and cost winding of motors paid separately under relevant item here-in-after. (ii) Replacement of old spare parts i.e Rubber Bush, Gun metal Bush, Spindle, bearing, condenser, twin core twisted copper flexible wire, and painting are measured and paid separately under relevant items here-in-after as supply only rates, fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Taking down carefully copper/alluminium point, wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator socket light fitting etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC caping casing of 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insualted 1100V grade FRLSH cable drawn into and including PVC caping casing adequate width and length with accessoris and fittings like bend, elebows, crosses wall crossing etc for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch including sunken type pressed steel box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make for housing switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with continuous 1 No cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insualted, unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, and make good surface as earlier complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Three run of 4.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit in wall/ceiling shall be measured as unit length.

Taking down old unserviceable TPN/SPN MCB DB's incl MCB of any size & capacity and any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure MCB, DB, TPN, 415 Volts, 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, confirming to IS as per IEC 61439-3, 4 way Double door enclosure made up of CRCA sheet steel, RAL 9003 powder coated, IP 43, including fixing the DB box flush in wall of any type and making good the distrubed surface to match as the existing wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure MCB, DB, SPN, 240 Volts, 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, confirming to IS as per IEC 61439-3, 8 way Double door enclosure made up of CRCA sheet steel, RAL 9003 powder coated, IP 43, including fixing the DB box flush in wall of any type and making good the distrubed surface to match as the existing wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB/RCB of any size & capacity and any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth palte electrode (600 x 600 x 3.15 ) mm thick buried direct in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 connected to earth test point all as specified and directed including necessary earth work in any type of strata and PCC 1:3:6 type B1 for chamber and RCC chamber cover 50mm thick in lieu of CI cover and copper strip protected by 40mm GI pipe light grade complete Including filling of agriculture sand for earth pit as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Excavation and removal of excavated soil and filling of agriculture sand brought from out side defence land and Magnesium Sulphate of 50 Kg per earth pit poured with salt and charcoal shall be included in the overall rate quated. No extra payment shall be paid, complete all as spcified and as directed. NOTES:- 1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe and watering pipe of 40 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to achieve desired result as the soil resistiviy is very high. 3.The cost of copper strip of size 20 X 3 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost of brazing / welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. 6. The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
