Removing of roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos cement sheet

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete. Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges

Wood work on truss including replacement of damaged timber portion with required shape and size using wire nails, nut & bolts etc.all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.(Cat -IIA)

Making and Fixing wood work in eave boards by means of wire nails etc.all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. Category IIA

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 60 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x6 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.
