The busbar is to be rigidly supported on suitable non-hygroscopic insulating materials of robust ration to with stand electromechanical stress in the event of earth fault. Earthing :-

Reinstallation, testing, Commissioning of the existing 4 loop fire detection Panel (Make:- Honeywell) and making necessary connection as required including necessary Microprocessor based programing to out the system in proper operation with proper checking & functioning of existing Loops of the said panels as per direction of EIC.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Smoke detector with base, LPCB approved under EN 54 7:2000 (ammendment) all necessary accessories suitable for/matching with existing Fire Alarm panel with as required. (Make:- AGNI Model No:- QS 388-2L or similar product of Honeywell/Autronica/Siemens as approved by EIC)

Supply & Laying of 2 core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS shielded round copper cable (for loop) (Make:- Finolex/KEI/Polycab/RR Kabel/Mescab) through 19mm dia PVC FR type rigid conduit pipe incl. S & Laying 19mm PVC rigid Pipe. (Make:- Precesion) with necessary fixing arrangements on the surface of the wall.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED type Response Indicator (VDS/UL/FM/ULC approved) having 2 nos red coloured LED Lamps including connections etc. suitable for/matching with existing Fire Alarm Panel. (Approved Make:- Honeywell/Cerberus/ Pro/ Edward/ Apollo/ Morley/ System Sensor/ Johnson Controls/ Agni/ Suraksha).

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of (VDS/LPCB approved under EN listed/standards or UL/FM approved under NFPA listed/standards) Intelligent addressable manual call point with in-built short-circuit fault isolator as per NEPA style 7 wiring complete with all accessories as per IS-2189 of latest ammendment (Make: Honeywell / Siemens/Notofire/Jhonson Control/Edward/Secutron as approved by E.I.C)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of (VDS/LPCB approved under EN listed/standards or UL/FM approved under NFPA listed/standards) Intelligent addressable loop powered sounder/Hooter (sound output of minimum 90db) cum strobe (having light intensity from 15 cd to110 cd) complete with all accessories as per IS-2189 of latest ammendment (Make: Honeywell / Siemens/Notofire/Jhonson Control/Edward/Secutron as approved by E.I.C)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

a.The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- 1. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. 2. IS 2189 3. NFPA 70 National Electric Code 4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code 5. local Statutory Regulations 6. Manufacturer Recommendation.

b. TESTS:1.The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent,trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per above standards must be done.

c. Auto CAD Drawing of whole FDA system & submission of 5 set hard copy of drawing and soft copy (in Auto-CAD format) is to be submitted.

d. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

f. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
