Pipe IS: 1239 (Part-1) 2004, Equivalent to BS : 1387 with perforated holes of 12 mm dia ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in-charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Supplying and drawing of XLPE insulated LT Aerial bunched Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS 14255/1995 and IS 398 (Pt-4)/ 1994 and as per Discom Specs. on existing cross arms through I hook with all necessary T&P required including binding and twisting etc. complete in all respect as required. Supply and fixing of following LT Supporting accessories with nut bolt & Clamps made out as per standard Discom's specifications with two coats of Red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint etc. as required. Supply installation testing & commissioning of IK07 & IP54 Single phase 220V 50Hz, 7.5kw capacity centralized control and monitoring system panel (CCMS) made of fire retardant SMC steel material having lock system suitable for schedule on/off of Led garden lights having following provision: *Dedicated control & metering unit. pre programmed on/off schedule& remote on/off operation in case of bad weather/emergency /maintenance.Bypass facility per phase. *Data capture of Energy consumption & other electrical data in real time & at pre determined interval. *RTC controller should be type tested in NABL approved lab & should be compatible with communication module 2G/4G which transmit data wirelessly and recorded to dedicated server or on cloud based architecture and also give command for remote on/off of cluster of lights.
