Providing, manufacturing and installation of modular kitchen cabinets in the existing kitchen space. The kitchen cabinets are to be manufactured at factory by agency who have prior facility for manufacturing modular kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are to be made from 18mm thick HDHMR board to be provided with 1.00mm thick superior qualit high gloss laminate. The edges are to be provided with high quality PVC edge bending. The hardware and accessories for the cabinets are to be provided on make Hafele / Olive or equivalent. The cabinets shall have lighting provisions as per the approved pattern. The work is to be undetaken as per the approval of the Hon'ble Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, for which the agency would be required to submit design details and any changes asked by the authorities shall have to be incorporated in the execution. All the work have to be executed as per the requirement and approval of the Hon'ble Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with Classic grey tile adhesive @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. size of tile 600 x 1200 mm

Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish tiles in floor in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tile are to be fixed with 3mm groove with spacer over laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x1200 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 x 600mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by providing 2mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/ Ruby Red (Based on DSR 8.2.2.1)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two Coats

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pasted on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet 0.8mm mica inside canbinet . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, JK or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
