Design, Construction and handover of multi-storied Pre Engineered Building the Scope of work, includes all services (Civil, Internal water supply, Sanitary Installation, Plumbing, Internal Electrification-EI i/c LED Light fittings,flood lights,Fans,TV & Telephone cablings,lighting protection & earthing etc) including but not limited to Design development, Detailed design including architectural and structural design, Good for Construction drawings , shop drawings and as built drawings of works. All structural Design & drawings shall be vetted from NIT/IIT. 1.8 mtr ht Boundary Wall all around the Dog Kennel i/c Main Entry Gate.
Approach Road, Internal Roads, Parking Pathways along with road marking and Signages, Kerb Stone i/c painting etc.
Storm Water drainage system with Snow handling system as per site requirement.
Rain Water Harvesting including Recharge Well etc.
External Water Supply system with providing UG Tank (110KLD), OH Tank (20 KLD), Borewell(02 Nos) i/c Borewell Pumps (02 Nos), Pipes,Starter, Cables and all accessories for borewell etc.
SITC of STP of 100 KLD Capacity, Sump Collecting Sewage & Treated water, External Sewage System i/c transfer pumps, drive motor for RBC rotor, MGF feedpumps, carbon filter & control panel for all drives including inter connecting pipelines and electric cables,and any other associated works etc. complete in all respect
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of equipments viz Water coolers, RO System , Geysers, Split ACs, Fire Extinguishers (Details as per specifications)
Note: All prices are firm & fixed for the duration of the Contract. Payment of the Lump Sum Price (Contract Sum) shall constitute full payment for performance of the Works and covers all costs of whatever nature incurred by the Contractor in accomplishing the Works in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. The Fixed Lump Sum Price shall be apportioned by the Tenderers (to the extent possible) to the items listed in each Cost Centre, each representing one or more groups of inter-related works forming part of Works. The Cost Centre descriptions are general summaries only and therefore no omission from, or error in the description of a Cost Centre shall warrant an adjustment of the Contract Sum nor entitle the Contractor to seek an extension of time under the Contract. Under no circumstances the division and description of Cost Centre will be interpreted as the limitation of Contractor’s scope of work. The Detailed Scope of Work is given in the Tender Documents.
Note: The Works shall include all enabling and temporary works required for execution of Works i/c demolition of existing structure(s)/removal of trees, relocation of existing services , if any. AAI shall not pay any separate cost for the enabling works and temporary works. The schedule of lump sum price covers all cost, over heads, profit, risks, contingencies and profit to cover all aspects of the Works and Contractor’s obligations under the Contract. Any item / equipment / activity / services / material / spares / consumables / Cost Centre required for the Works, not listed below separately, is deemed to be included in the listed items. Tenderer hereby agrees to provide the further break down / stages of payment of the cost centres, as reasonably required by AAI for the purpose of specialized agency eligibility, progress measurement, accounting and payment.
Note: All works to be carried out as per conceptual drawings/ design intent with all materials, labour, T & P, machinery, equipment, consumables, deployment of suitable supervisory personnel, testing, etc. complete and completed based on approved architectural, structural drawings, specifications, design parameters and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from the concerned authorities. 2: Detailed scope of work as given in the Tender Documents may be referred. 3: The information contained in these Tender Documents, being indicative in its nature, are being provided for the limited purposes of enabling the Tenderers to prepare a tender. These Tender Documents are a summary of available information and no reliance shall be placed on any information or statements contained herein, and no liability is or will be accepted by the AAI in relation to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of such information or statements made, nor shall it be assumed that such information or statements will remain unchanged.
Note: Plinth Area calculations shall be made as per prevailing CPWD guidelines.
