2) Permanent Restoration by Strengthening Poolankudiyiruppu Road km 0/0- 0/200 in Kunnathur panchayat in Palayamkottai Block

Clearing andGrubbing road landing uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm,removal of the stumps such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicable materialsto be used or auctioned,upto lead of 1000m including and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thicknes as per Technical specification Claus 201,(i) (A) -Scrub Jungle Clearance

Scrafying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and displosal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical specification clause 301.4

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation fo bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., compelte. SS 20 A

Providing and Laying gritty Gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, water and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire and fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incdidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete.

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick wbm grade II using 1 cum of 75mm to 22.4mm IRC HBG and 0.24 cum of gravel for blindage for 10 sqm of 75mm compacted thick ( the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite and stacking to departmental gauge for pre measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel forming edge bunds, watering with all leads for good water slurrying rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all incidental charges etc. complete

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion ncluding cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of bitumen 60/70 for 10sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer Km 0/0-0/550

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to specified thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of specified thick with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 Km 0/0-2/800
