B.T. ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 4

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. 8

Fine dressing &Turfing with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9

C.C.ROAD Excavation for roadway in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 10

Providing Plain Cement concrete M-15 in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 40mm down graded hard granite aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T&P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 12

Providing, laying and fixing of factory made chamfered "Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks" of M-40 grade & 80mm thick of approved shades confirmed to IS:15658-2006 specification over compacted sand bed course of 40mm laid over the properly graded and finished WBM using sand of gradation confirming to Clause-4.4 & 6.5.1 of IRC:SP-63-2004 with uniform moisture content of 6 to 8 per cent (the sand should not be too wet nor too dry) and spread with the help of screed boares and compacted by Plate Vibrator weighing 0.60tonne or more to acheive a compacted thickness of 40mm & local correction, if any required is to be done either by adding or removing the sand followed by further levelling and compacting and filling the gaps between paver blocks (about 3 to 4mm) with dry sand by brooming (the gradation of the filling dry sand should be as per clauses-6.5.2 of IRC:SP:63-2004) including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 15

Providing and fixing of typical MMSY Informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge 53
