Mechanical Road Sweeping of All I.A. of CD-1 With Mechanical Road Sweeping Machine (03 Nos) and Operations in Compliance of CAQM Guideline

HIRING INCLUDING OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF VACUUM SWEEPING MACHINE including all consumables for sweeping and cleaning of Carriageway, Service Roads/Pucca side berms etc. within the right of way of road having (a) Exhaust air quality within the ambient air quality standard in respect of PM 10 particles (b) Engine emission norms as legally permissible in National Capital Region of Delhi (For Road sweeping machine - Front engine should be CNG based) (c) Machines with minimum dust tank capacity of 5 cum and minimum sweeping width of 2 m and fitted with hydraulic dust unloading facility and fitted with GPRS for tracking its movement. (i) All necessary consumable such as brushes, oil and lubricants and any other required for smooth running and functioning of vacuum sweepers shall be provided by the supplier / contractor / owner of machine and no claim shall be entertained on this account. (ii) The operator for operating the machine and helper / supervisor shall be supplied by the supplier / contractor / owner of machine and no claim shall be entertained on this account. (iii) The machine shall always be neat and clean and in good working condition not older than 5 years. (iv) The working hours for staff and machine are 8 hours. However due to traffic restriction or any other reason not attributable to department, the timing of working may change i.e. cleaning can be done early in the morning or late in the night. No claim shall be entertained on this account. The price quoted should be Lum sump Quote per month (excluding GST) for daily cleaning of areas under specified Industrial Areas as directed by Engineer Incharge.
