Item No. 14-Providing & Fixing R.C.C. cover cap for 900 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe with with two hooks for lifting and handling etc. complete

Item No.15 -Providing oil paints of approved manufactures and of approved colour to Paint RCC Cover cap

Item No.16 -Providing & Applying Two Coats of oil paints by Painter

Item No.17- Providing and fixing of M.S.Angles of dimensions (50 mm x50 mm x 6 mm) of length 33 RMT as per drawing (Vertical angles 4 No.x 2 M + Horizontal angles 8 No. x 2 M + Top support angles 4 No.x 2 M+ 10% wastage of total length) ( 1 meter angle (50x50x6mm) weight is equal to 4.5 kg. approximate so 37 RMT X 4.5 KG = 162 KG)

Item No.18- Providing jali welded mesh 25*25*11 gauge for filter media including 5% fabrication losses etc. complete.

tem No.19- Providing and fixing of M.S.Flats (40 mm x 3 mm) dimensions of length(4 No.*1m) 4 RMT as per drawing ( 1 meter angle (40 mm x 3 mm) weight is equal to 0.899 KG.

Item No. 20- Provision for onsite drilling of holes,welding ,threading,fabrication, bolting ,etc for fixing of M.S.Angles of dimensions (50 mm x50 mm x 6 mm) of length 37 RMT as per drawing

Item No. 21- Providing and applying two coats of epoxy paints on welded mesh and M.S.angles (inside and out side)

Item No. 22- Provision for colouring of welded mesh and M.S.angles by epoxy paints.

Item No. 23-Providing & Filling 40 mm gauge stone Agrregate as filter media inside Pit & Beteween RCC pipe & Welded Mesh above GL (Layer thickness as per Design)

Item No.24-Providing & Filling 20 mm gauge stone Agrregateas filter media inside the Pit (Layer thickness as per Design)

Item No.25-Providing & Filling 10 mm gauge stone Agrregate as filter media inside the Pit & RCC Pipe above GL (Layer thickness as per Design)

Item No.26 -Providing & Arranging Brick as Filter Media on The Top section in Between the welded Mesh & RCC Pipe inside the Pit.(Top 2 Layers of 70 mm is equal to 0.14 m Thickness) excluding top area of 900mm RCC pipe

Item No.27-Providing and Constructing gabion structure 0.50 Meter high or required section made up of soft mechanically woven hexagonal shaped G.I. wire confirming to IS 16014:2012 having zinc plus PVC coating of overall diameter of 3.7 mm and tying lacing wire of 3.2 mm with edge wire confirming to overall diameter 4.4 mm edges being mechanically selvedge including placing in position, fitting neatly with trap stone rubble (15 to 23 cm) all loose ends to be securely tied (Excluding transportation) etc. complete.( In Dry condition and for under water installation extra cost to be considered) including Labour Charges

Item No.28 -Photography & Video shooting etc complete per Recharge Shaft (min 3 photo i.e.initial stage, work in progress stage and completion stage)
