Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centenng. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level a) 1.1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete a) Cold twisted bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:-

a) Suspended floors, roofs landings balconies and access plate form.

b) Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 6 Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick walls of mix 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Naj Billawar for an average lead of 2.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate (crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Naj Billawar for an average lead of 2.00 Km. by M.T. c) Brick from Hiranagar for an average lead of 65.00 Km. by M.T.
