Supply of 700NB carbon steel spiral welded pipe. Pipe to be made by 10 mm thick carbon steel plate and material conforming to IS2062 Grade B/IS3589, ASTM A53 Grade B.

Supply of 700 NB Carbon steel slip on flange material conforming to IS2062 Grade B, according with AWWA C207 class D flange standards with test certificate.

Supply and erection of 500 NB Carbon steel slip on flange conforming to ASTM A105 grade with test certificate, 150#.

Supply and erection of fabricated concentric expander dia. 500NB to 700NB and length of 620mm in 10mm thick mild steel plate conforming to IS2062 Grade B.

Supply of 700 NB Carbon steel 90 degree long radius Elbow, 10mm wall thickness and dimensioning conforming to ASME B16.9, Sch.40.

Supply and erection of 500NBx200mm length Single arch rubber bellow with SS316L split retaining ring & 3 sets of control rods stretcher plate assembly with nuts and lock nuts. Reinforcement: synthetic fabric & steel. Dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 class 150. Allowable deflection: Axial compression= 20mm, Axial extension= 10mm, Lateral deflection= 12mm, Angular deflection= 4 degree, Torsional deflection= 1 degree.

Supply and erection of M33x160mm length SS316L partially threaded (60mm per side)stud with two nut and two plain washers.

Supply of Natural Rubber 700NB Flange gaskets of Size: ID: 700mm, OD: 927mm, No. of Holes: 28, Hole dia. 35mm, thickness of gasket: 5mm.

Supply and erection of 100NB double orifice Air release valve, MOC of valve: body- ASTM A351 Gr CF3M, Cover, Vent plug, Float & other trim materials - SS316L, Gasket- EPDM Rubber and Fasteners-ASTM A193Gr B8. Valve service media- Sea water, operating pressure- 5 Kg/Cm2, Make -TELEFLO.

Supply and erection of 50NB double orifice Air release valve, MOC of valve: body- ASTM A351 Gr CF3M, Cover, Vent plug, Float & other trim materials - SS316L, Gasket- EPDM Rubber and Fasteners-ASTM A193Gr B8. Valve service media- Sea water, operating pressure- 5 Kg/Cm2, Make -TELEFLO.

Edge preparation, Fit up and Butt/Fillet Welding of Carbon steel pipe, flange and elbow joints by GTAW/SMAW process including dye penetrate testing.

Rubber lining in Carbon steel pipe, Elbow and flanges. Rubber lining will be done with 4.5mm thick Semi-Ebonite rubber compound of shore hardness 65 as per IS4682:Part1. The work includes of test and inspection of visual, hardness test, high voltage & high frequency spark test and thickness check. The work also includes of transportation to rubber lining industries for rubber lining work).

FRP lining on the outer surface of Carbon steel sea water intake pipe for corrosive protect layer of 1mm thickness.

Dismantling and removal of damaged 700NB MSRL pipes and fittings in sea water intake pipe line 8 meter above from the ground level at MAPS campus near jetty gate & NDDP pump house. The dismantling of damaged pipe work includes, arranging & erection of scaffolding, Hydra, tools and tackles, slings & belt, rust & paint remover and shifting the damaged pipe spools to NDDP campus.

Erection of new 700NB MSRL pipes and fittings in sea water intake pipe line 8 meter above from the ground level at MAPS campus near jetty gate.The erection of MSRL pipe work includes, arranging & erection of scaffolding, Hydra, tools and tackles, slings & belt, rust & paint remover and shifting the new MSRL pipe spools to MAPS campus & NDDP pump house.
