Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made, CPRI type tested, floor standing indoor cubical compartmental type MAIN LT PANEL of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61439-1 & 2 and IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged double doors and locking arrangement, IP 43 protection made out of 2.0 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labelling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enamelled (white) with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3- Phase, 4 Wire system, 500 V grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length and size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws, etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS, stranded copper conductor cable 4 Single core of size 10Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of size 4x10 Sqmm to be drawn through in and including 40mm PVC conduit concealed in walls/roof/floors all as directed by Engineer in Charge.Notes:- (i)four wires of 10 sqmm and two wire of 10 sqmm and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.( For Main TPN DB To Qtr DB))

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized strip of size 32 mm X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 5, connected to earthing test point including testing on completion, excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep with a 10 mm deep CI cover hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. all as specified and directed by engineer- in - charge.

S&F in cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrassion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses of temperature resistance body of size 90x110x17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resitance creamer coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign material etc and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips(retro reflective) of white/yellow colour using Hot Thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator complete all as specified and directed
