MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS TO INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCKS, HARD STANDINGS, APPROACH PATHWAYS AND ALLIED MISCELLANEOUS B/R WORKS AT MADGAON ARMY CAMP AND ASC UNDER GE PANAJI

Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in below or above ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thk (unreinforced) for plinth protection,sub base and foot path.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laterite stone Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in CM 1:6 complete all as aspecified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on brick masonary surfaces and finished the even and fair without using extra cement

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer ,as per manufacturer's specification.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing)

M&L for Endura Industrial tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete aver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness& size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in requiredcolour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sandbedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
